As a Service Manager-Staff Canteen,?we?rely on you to:
作為酒店員工餐廳廚師長,需承擔以下主要工作職責:
1. Responsible for supervising the operation of the staff restaurant and ensuring that the food supplies meet high hygiene standards;
2. Budget the raw material consumption of the staff restaurant, fill in the procurement plan, rationally deploy and regularly update staff recipes, and control costs;
3.Responsible for the inspection of various areas of the restaurant, timely discovery of problems, and timely rectification plans;
4. Check the environmental hygiene of the kitchen, the placement and hygiene of food, understand the market price, make reasonable arrangement and effective use, and control the cost of the restaurant while ensuring the quality of meals.
1、負責監督員工餐廳的運營,確保飲食物資達到高度衛生標準
2、預算員工餐廳原材料消耗,填報采購計劃,合理調配和定期更新員工食譜,控制成本
3、負責餐廳各個區域的檢查,及時發現問題,并及時出整改方案
4、檢查廚房的環境衛生、食品的擺放和衛生,了解市場價格,做到合理安排、有效利用 , 在確保飯菜質量的同時控制餐廳成本
