The General Manager isresponsible for the overall performance of the hotel and is accountable to theowner company, providing strategic planning and overall objectives related tooperations and the hotel, ensuring that the business has the right focus todeliver the right level of profitability.

Duringthe preparation for the opening開業(yè)籌備期間:
1.Asper owner's instructions. The General Manager will work closely with the hotelmanagement company to participate in the project preparation and design, supervisethe procurement of hotel supplies and items and equipment, and establish andensure that our vision and brand standards are met.
按照業(yè)主指示,總經(jīng)理將與酒店管理公司密切合作,參與項目籌建設計,監(jiān)督酒店物資及物品和設備的采購,建立和確保我們的愿景和品牌標準得到滿足。
2.Cooperate withrelevant hotel management companies and relevant departments of internationalgroups, fully intervene, put forward professional opinions, and follow up theimplementation.
與相關酒店管理公司、國際集團相關部門合作,充分介入,提出專業(yè)的意見,并跟蹤執(zhí)行。
3.?Fully cooperate withthe company's development department and project department, involved in thenew hotel planning, architectural and conceptual design, mechanical andelectrical, construction, interior decoration and other work.
與公司發(fā)展部門、項目部充分配合,介入新酒店規(guī)劃、建筑和概念設計、機電、建造、內(nèi)部裝修等工作。
4.?Formulate long-termand short-term business plans and strategies to ensure the profitability anddevelopment direction of the hotel, determine the hotel operating model andtarget customer groups according to the market demand and the actual situationof the hotel, and ensure the maximum profit purpose.
制定長期和短期的業(yè)務計劃和策略,確保酒店的盈利能力和發(fā)展方向,根據(jù)市場需求和酒店的實際情況來確定酒店運營模式和目標客戶群體,保證最大化利潤目的。
5.Establish and managedepartmental team members, create a good working atmosphere and culture, andpromote the development and growth of employees.
建立和管理部門團隊成員,營造良好的向上的工作氛圍和文化,促進員工的發(fā)展和成長。
6.Cooperate with thepreliminary work of the project department to collect and organize the hotelbrand culture and create a suitable positioning style for the hotel.
配合項目部前期工作,對酒店品牌文化搜集整理、打造適合酒店的定位風格
7.Accelerate the progress of hotel renovation, start the hotel as soon aspossible, Preparations for the opening ceremony, and develop strategies tomaximum revenue.
加快酒店裝修改造進度,盡快啟動酒店,對開業(yè)儀式的籌備,并制定策略以實現(xiàn)收入最大化。
Hoteloperating period酒店運營期間
1.The General Managerwill be involved in hotel and ensuring that operations run efficiently inaddition to maximizing both customer satisfaction and hotel.
總經(jīng)理將參與酒店的工作,確保酒店的運營效率,最大限度地提高客戶滿意度和酒店滿意度。
2.As a team, he / shewill build and maintain a good public image for the hotel and achieve an'esprit de corps' amongst team members. Foster creativity and innovation withinthe team.

3.Lead the hotel toachieve the key performance indicators, including but not limited to manageongoing profitability of your hotel, ensuring earnings and revenue, team memberand guest satisfaction targets are met and exceeded.

4.Make annual /quarterly / monthly budget, forecast and work plan, implementing them effectively.

5.Ensure all decisionsare made in the best interest of the hotels and Owner.
確保所有決定都符合酒店和業(yè)主的最大利益。
6.Deliver achievablehotel budgets and set other short- and long- term strategic goals for theproperty.
提供可實現(xiàn)的酒店預算,并為酒店設定其他短期和長期戰(zhàn)略目標。
7.Analyze businessinformation, actively respond to constantly changing market conditions, ensurethat the hotel operates under budget guidance, and achieve profit margintargets.
分析商業(yè)信息,積極應對不斷變化的市場狀況,確保酒店在預算指導下運營,實現(xiàn)利潤率目標。
8.?Manage and developthe Hotel Executive team to ensure career progression and effective successionplanning within hotel.

9.Maintain goodcommunication with the owner company periodically to ensure that it is aware ofthe hotel's operating conditions and it is satisfied with the hotel'soperation.

任職資格
1.?Luxury hotelbackground and working experience in Marriott Group, project constructionexperience is preferred;
具備奢華酒店背景及萬豪集團工作經(jīng)驗,有項目建設籌建經(jīng)驗的優(yōu)先;
2.Superb financial andcommercial acumen is a must as setting the annual budget and then delivering onthe targets of the property is a major responsibility

3.Strong operationalbackground with a hands-on attitude to daily operations and exceeding guest’sexpectations as a key focus.
