As a key strategic business leader for the hotel, responsible for all aspects of the hotel's operations, including guest and staff satisfaction, human resources, financial performance, sales and revenue generation, and providing return on investment for the group and hotel owners.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Keep up with industry trends, explore new business opportunities, and develop business plans to maximize customer satisfaction, profitability, and market share.
2.分析商業(yè)信息,積極應(yīng)對(duì)不斷變化的市場(chǎng)狀況,確保酒店在預(yù)算指導(dǎo)下運(yùn)營(yíng),實(shí)現(xiàn)利潤(rùn)率目標(biāo)。
Analyze business information, actively respond to constantly changing market conditions, ensure that the hotel operates under budget guidance, and achieve profit margin targets.
3.與銷(xiāo)售和市場(chǎng)團(tuán)隊(duì)緊密合作,制定創(chuàng)收策略;識(shí)別新的業(yè)務(wù)線索,推出符合市場(chǎng)趨勢(shì)的酒店產(chǎn)品;確認(rèn)銷(xiāo)售策略與品牌策略一致,并有效執(zhí)行既定目標(biāo)。
Work closely with sales and marketing teams to develop revenue generating strategies; Identify new business leads and launch hotel products that are in line with market trends; Confirm that the sales strategy is consistent with the brand strategy and effectively implement the established goals.
4.建立有凝聚力和高績(jī)效的執(zhí)行委員會(huì),不斷努力取得積極成果和改進(jìn)。

專(zhuān)業(yè)知識(shí)技能:
Job Knowledge / Skill:
1.工商管理、酒店和餐飲管理或相關(guān)專(zhuān)業(yè)大學(xué)學(xué)歷,10年以上管理運(yùn)營(yíng)、市場(chǎng)營(yíng)銷(xiāo)、財(cái)務(wù)或相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hotel and Catering Management or related majors, with over 10 years of work experience in management operations, marketing, finance or related fields.
2.有限或全方位服務(wù)酒店的總經(jīng)理經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
General manager experience in limited or full-service hotels.
3.高度的責(zé)任心、敬業(yè)精神及誠(chéng)信態(tài)度。
High sense of responsibility, professional dedication, and integrity attitude.
