Job Description 崗位職責(zé):
1. Assist the Chief Engineer in the development of preventative maintenance plans.
協(xié)助總工程師制定預(yù)防性維修計劃
2.Makes preventative maintenance schedules for all equipment in the mechanical plant as well as for that of other departments such as laundry, kitchen, swimming pool, etc.
為所有機械設(shè)備及其他部門如洗衣房、廚房、游泳池等制定預(yù)防性維修計劃表
3. Complete preventative maintenance schedules for equipment in the major plant including chillers, cooling towers, air conditioning units and fans, pumps, automatic control systems, etc..
完善主要設(shè)備的預(yù)防性維修計劃表,包含冷水機組、冷卻塔、空調(diào)機組及風(fēng)機、水泵、自動控制系統(tǒng)等
4. Ensures that all equipment is operated effectively by directing and supervising the operation of all running equipment.
指導(dǎo)、監(jiān)督所有運行設(shè)備的操作以確保其有效運行
5. Maintains routine reports by recording daily meter readings and interpreting daily log sheets.
記錄每日儀表讀數(shù)、解釋每日記錄表以保持例行報告
6.Keeps Chief Engineer closely informed of anything that could indicate malfunctions.
使總工程師密切知曉任何故障的跡象
7.Detects when plant or equipment needs repair, or when it is not economically justifiable to repair, by closely monitoring repair history of all major equipment.
密切監(jiān)控所有主要設(shè)備的維修記錄,當設(shè)備需要維修或者維修方式不經(jīng)濟的時候及時發(fā)現(xiàn)
8.Ensures that all applicable requirements are being complied with by maintaining contact with local authorities such as fire brigade, electricity suppliers and the Health Department.’
與地方當局如消防隊、電力供應(yīng)商和衛(wèi)生部保持聯(lián)系,確保符合所有要求
9.Improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the operation of the department and/or hotel whenever possible by making suggestions to the Chief Engineer.

10. Attends relevant training to remain current on proper techniques.

11.Maintains a safe and secure environment for customers and employees.

Job Requirement 崗位要求:
1. Bachelor’s degree preferred
