PRINCIPALRESPONSIBILITIES主要職責
Guest Related 與賓客相關(guān)事務(wù)
· Ensure all team members provide 5-star hotel & Brand standards atall times.
監(jiān)督所有團隊成員在任何時候都提供五星級酒店及品牌標準。
· Responsible for daily operation of laundryplant and uniform room.
負責洗衣房和制服房每日運作。
· Responsible for all the uniform, guest laundry.
負責所有的制服和客人洗衣。
· Act with integrity, include being honest while still maintaining theconfidentiality of information where required and consistent with hotel’spolicy.

Colleagues Related 與同事相關(guān)事務(wù)
· Maintain good working relationship with all colleagues and otherdepartments.
與同事之間以及其它部門維持良好的工作關(guān)系。
· Provide friendly, courteous and professional service at all times.

· Report to duty wearing the correct uniform and well groomed as per hotelstandard.

· Attend trainings and meetings as required.

· Conduct the orientation and training for all new and existing colleaguesfrom Laundry and uniform, including on the job training sessions when required.

· Assist in the building of an efficient team of employees by taking anactive interest in their welfare,safety, training and development.

· Attend to grievances of all colleagues and report to ExecutiveHousekeeper for future action.

Finance Related 財務(wù)事務(wù)
· Report Monthly Laundry Productivity as well as the chemical report.
匯報酒店每月的干洗效率及化學報告。
· Report Monthly Guest Profit and Loss.
匯報每月的盈利虧損。
· Monitor the monthly budget and advise the Executive Housekeeper on therate of condemned and unaccounted losses.
監(jiān)督每月的預算盤點,將報廢量上報行政管家。
· Responsible for annul budget preparation for uniform and linen (Roomslinens and F&B linen). Make recommendations on any linen/uniform changesfor the following year.
負責制服和布草房(客房布件和餐飲布件)的年度預算編制。為預算的布草/制服房的動向提出建議。
Operations/Process Related 流程操作事務(wù)
·? Control and supervise daily operation of laundry and linen room.
控制和監(jiān)督洗衣房和布草房的日常運作。
·? Supervise all colleagues ensuring courteous and prompt service isprovided at all times.

· Conduct periodic inspections throughout laundry and U & L to ensure thestandards are maintained.

· Ensure the correct procedures are followed.

·Responsible for the inventory of linen and uniform, conduct the stocktake procedures, and produce resultsto rooms and F&B.

· Maintain accurate records of all linen and uniforms, which has beencondemned. Make checks to ensure condemned items are not useable.
記錄布件和制服的報廢,再次檢查報廢物品是否可再次利用。
·? Assure all furniture within the whole hotel premises is in goodcondition.
確保酒店內(nèi)所有家具的良好使用狀態(tài)。
·? Assess the priority needs for replacement of wear and tear in Uniformand linen within the hotel.
評估酒店內(nèi)優(yōu)先需要更換的制服和布件損壞。
· Maintain a good relationship with outside Uniform and Linen suppliersensuring standards are met.
與制服及布草供應商保持良好的合作關(guān)系,確保符合酒店標準。
· Maintain a good relationship with Laundry contractor ensuring qualityand standards are met.
與干洗承包商保持良好的合作關(guān)系,確保符合其質(zhì)量和標準。
·Maintain standard of all linen requirements for both Rooms and F&B.
維持房務(wù)部和餐飲部對所有布件要求的標準。
· Conduct book-keeping, record keeping, filing of all purchase items andspecification
進行簿記、記賬、登記所有采購物資和規(guī)范備案。
·? Maintain both Uniform room and laundry plant fixtures and facilities tothe required standard, report all maintenance and repairs to Engineering andfollow up as required.
按照酒店標準維護制服房、洗衣房的裝置和設(shè)施,將維修保養(yǎng)報告給工程師并跟進。
· Ensure both Laundry plant, Uniform room are always tidy and well cleaned.
確保洗衣房和制服房始終整潔干凈。
Leadership and Sustainability Related 領(lǐng)導和擴展事務(wù)
· Able to propose new ideas to improve overall operation.能夠提供新思路以提高整體運作。
·Liaise with various Department on inventory schedule and directsupervise.
針對庫存計劃與各部門進行聯(lián)絡(luò)和直接監(jiān)督。
· Responsible to order linens required to ensure there is always anadequate supply and sufficient stock within the operation.
負責根據(jù)布件的要求進行訂購,確保在日常運作中有充足的供給和足夠的庫存。
· Supervise and control the daily manpower requirements to cope withworkload.
監(jiān)督日常工作需求,管理人員流動。
· Ensure that colleagues complete their workloads as scheduled and provideassistance during peak periods.確保同事們完成計劃內(nèi)的工作量,并在高峰期提供協(xié)助。
·Monitor productivity of all employees. Oversee the preparation of therosters for supervisor and colleagues.監(jiān)督所有員工的工作效率,審查并為主管和同事編制名冊。
·Discuss with the Executive Housekeeper on an ongoing basis the overallsituation of Laundry and Uniform quality, cleanliness, service, staff moral andthe reputation of the Hotel.
與行政管家商洽洗衣房和制服房的整體情況,包括制服的質(zhì)量、整潔、服務(wù)以及員工動態(tài)和酒店聲譽等總體形勢。
Others 其他事務(wù)
· Coordinate with Engineering Department on all machinery maintenance.
協(xié)調(diào)工程部對所有機械的維護。
· Adhere to the hotel’s Rules and regulations and in particular thePolicies and Procedures relating to Fire, Hygiene, Health and Safety.
遵守酒店的規(guī)章制度和政策,涉及消防、衛(wèi)生、健康和安全。
· Carry out any other reasonable duties as required by management.

· High School Diploma or above

Experience 經(jīng)驗
· At least five years working in Hotel Industryand two years inSupervisory level.
至少5年酒店相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗及2年管理工作經(jīng)驗。
