作為酒店管事部經理,需承擔以下主要工作職責:
1.Responsible for preparing the annual budget of tableware and utensils required by the catering department.
2.According to the inventory of each restaurant tableware, responsible for communication with the purchasing department, put forward the equipment purchase plan, ensure the timely replenishment of tableware and utensils.
3.Check and manage the use of tableware at each point, analyze the causes of loss, and put forward suggestions to reduce the loss.
4.Responsible for arranging work shifts of stewarding staff.
5.Responsible for the preservation, distribution, recycling of tableware, responsible for the environmental health of the kitchen area.
6.Responsible for the attendance assessment of subordinate employees, and supervise employees to do a good job in safety work.
1、負責編制餐飲部所需餐具和用具的年度預算。
2、根據各餐廳餐具的盤點情況,負責于采購部門溝通,提出器具購置計劃,保證及時補充餐具用具。
3、檢查和管理各點餐具的使用情況,分析造成損耗的原因,提出降低損耗的建議。
4、負責安排管事部員工的工作班次。
5、負責做好餐具用具的保管、發放、回收工作,負責廚房區域的環境衛生。
6、負責對下屬員工的考勤考核工作,督導員工做好安全工作。

1.Have a strong sense of responsibility, serious and practical work.
2.Familiar with the brand, origin, characteristics and prices of various tableware, understand the classification and storage methods of tableware.
3.Familiar with the use of various detergents and cleaners, familiar with the commonly used tableware washing equipment and its operation methods, understand their maintenance methods.
4.Have been educated in basic courses of health and safety control.
5.Healthy and energetic.

2、熟悉各種餐具用具的牌號、產地、特性及價格,懂得餐具用具的分類和保管方法。
3、熟悉各種洗滌劑和清潔劑的使用方法,熟悉常用的餐具洗滌設備及其操作方法,了解它們的維修保養方法。
4、受過健康和安全控制的基本課程教育。
5、身體健康,精力充沛。
