Responsible for preparing the annual RB&E Business Plan ensuring Divisional Objectives fully address business objectives of the hotel and needs of colleagues.

Directs subordinates to ensure productivity meets standards given following Design Standards and Criteria and the International RB&E Operations Manual.

任職要求 Qualifications
1.大專學(xué)歷,高級文憑持有者。行政管理或酒店管理及相關(guān)專業(yè)。
University/ Higher Diploma graduate, major in Business Administration/ Hotel Management or equivalent.
2.至少2年的助理餐飲總監(jiān)的經(jīng)驗,有開業(yè)籌備酒店工作經(jīng)驗優(yōu)先。
Minimum 2 years work experience as Assistant Director of RB&E; in a large property. A pre-opening experience would be an advantage.
3.出色的運營管理社交能力。
Good operational, administrative, and interpersonal skills.
