Job Responsibilities
崗位職責:
1. Determining the sales target assigned by the team and accomplishing the departmental business target under the leadership of the department director.
在部門總監的帶領下,確定團隊分配給自己的銷售目標,完成部門營業目標,
2、Continuously develop and grow new customers, represent the hotel through customer relationship management, maintain close contact with customers in local and international markets and market the hotel.
不斷開發、發展新客戶,代表酒店通過客戶關系管理,與本地和國際市場的客戶保持密切的聯系并推銷酒店。
3、Timely communication with other departments to ensure customer bookings.
及時與其他部門溝通,保證客戶的預訂。
4、Together with the Marketing and Sales Director, plan the sales offensive in the responsible area and ensure its realization.
在所負責的區域內,與市場銷售總監一起計劃銷售攻勢,并確保其實現。
Job Requirements
崗位要求:
1、Familiar with the local market, able to grasp and understand the market and competition, understanding of business travel, tourism international market, conference travel and catering sales
熟悉本地市場,能夠掌握和理解市場和競爭,了解商務旅游、旅游業國際市場,會議旅游及餐飲銷售
2、College degree or above. One year working experience in the same position is preferred.
大專以上學歷。有一年同崗位工作經驗者優先考慮。
3、Master certain market sales knowledge and skills, a comprehensive understanding of the hotel's products and services.
掌握一定的市場銷售知識和技巧,全面了解本酒店的產品和服務。
4、Have strong coordination, sales promotion and social skills and written and oral expression ability.
有較強的協調、推銷和交際能力及書面、口頭表達能力。
