? Arrange and coordinate business travel of department staff, as well as travel expenses reimbursement thereafter

? Set-up department meetings and take meetings minutes

? Maintain and manage department data and filing system

? Hotel clients database maintenance, update and management
酒店客戶數(shù)據(jù)庫的補充、維護和更新等
? Drafting and translation of newsletters and other documents as and when required
時事通訊稿件的撰寫與翻譯
? Coordination of marketing events such as exhibitions for both local and international participation
市場宣傳活動,例如國際性展會的協(xié)調(diào)與實施
? Periodically summarize and report department work to corporate office and owners as necessary
部門工作的階段性整理、匯總與報告
? Communication & relationship maintenance with group hotels
與旗下酒店的市場營銷部的文檔往來,日常溝通協(xié)調(diào)等
? Support other department staff work as necessary

? Assist Senior Corporate Director of Sales & Marketing in putting together PPT for presentation; Departmental Budget; Marketing Plan; Marketing Fund & etc.
協(xié)助集團高級 DOSM 整理 PPT; 部門預算; 市場營銷計劃; 市場營銷基金等
? To prepare & raise vendor application form for any purchase, trade shows and etc.
準備采購、路演等活動聘用供應商的申請
? Prepare Monthly report to submit to owning company

任職資格:
? Bi-lingual with professional oral and written Chinese and English skills.
熟練的英語聽說讀寫能力
? Bachelor Degree & above, majored in English/ Hospitality/ Marketing /Media/ Secretarial/etc.
本科學歷以上,英語、酒店管理、市場營銷、新聞、文秘類專業(yè)優(yōu)先
? Detailed, efficient oriented and with a strong sense of responsibility.

? Easy-going personality, excellent interpersonal skills & with initiative
性格隨和沉穩(wěn),善于人際溝通和協(xié)調(diào), 自發(fā)性強
? Proficiency in Microsoft Office software
