The Learning & Development Manager will be responsible formanaging the learning process within the hotel. They will ensure that alllearning and development activities are completely aligned with the culture,Accor values, Pullman strategy, and the hotel. They are a partner in thequality process of the hotel.

1.Develop annualhotel training plans and prepare quarterly reports to management.

2.Develop andmaintain hotel’s training facilities which include the training room &library.

3.Prepare themonthly training calendar and arrange the training courses.

4.Maintain,supervisory and management training records.

5.Identify internaland external training resources and optimize the training budget.

6.Provide trainingto support quality standards to ensure a luxury guest experience.

11.Conduct an annualtraining needs analysis for each department within the hotel and incorporatethe hotel’s training plan with the Business Plan of the hotel.

12.Review trainingpolicies, procedures and practices and recommends improvement to management.

14.Counsel hotelpersonnel as needed in areas such as career planning, training and developmentetc.

15.Incorporatecustomer information as part of the training strategy; understand the impact ofthe key components of a successful hotel: employees, customers, owners andprofit.

16.Manage andimplement company training programs and deliver training sessions witheducational methods adapted to adult learning styles.

17.Develop and adapttraining programs to meet day to day hotel needs(including lesson plans,participant materials, job aids and user manuals)

18.Maximize learningby providing a creative and efficient environment in the delivery of trainingsessions

19.Shareresponsibilities for the integration and orientation process of new hires andassist with implementation of new policies, procedures and standards.

21.Has the owndepartment development plan to keep their training knowledge and skillscurrent; Coach and offer the guidance to the Asst. Learning & DevelopmentManager & Officer on all the training issues.

23.Ensures thebrand’s cultures, quality standards and behaviours/attitudes are appliedlong-term throughout the hotel, with making and posting different kinds ofposters.
通過制作和發布各種海報,確保品牌的文化、質量標準和行為/態度能長期在酒店使用。
崗位要求
1.本科及以上學歷,有相同崗位工作經驗2年以上。
2.具有良好的溝通能力和協調能力。
3.具有較強的文字綜合能力和口頭表達能力。
3.能按照酒店經營發展對人才的需要,制訂酒店總體培訓規劃和實施計劃。
4.熟悉員工的規律、特點和崗位培訓工作程序。
