    1. Knowledge and correct handling of the different types of linen. 熟悉并能正確處理各種不同的布草。 2. Ensure proper use of equipment and chemicals. 確保正確使用設(shè)備和化學(xué)劑。 3. Report any faults of equipment to the Laundry team member immediately. 立即向洗衣房主管匯報(bào)有關(guān)設(shè)備故障的問(wèn)題。 4. Handle guest items with utmost care, to avoid damages, shrinkage, lost buttons etc. 細(xì)心處理客人衣物,盡量避免損壞、縮水、丟失紐扣等。 5. Answer guest calls and handle guest requests in a friendly, efficient manner. 用友好的、有效的態(tài)度回答客人電話、處理客人要求。 6. Collect guest laundry when requested, ensuring correct room-number is noted. Inspect all items and note any damages, discolor etc before and after cleaning. Report to the supervisor if you don’t know the material of the clothes.? 在有要求時(shí)收集客人衣物,確保準(zhǔn)確記錄客人房號(hào)。洗衣前后檢查所有項(xiàng)目并記錄損壞、褪色等,對(duì)自己不熟悉的衣料要及時(shí)請(qǐng)示上級(jí)。 7. Accurately calculate the laundry amount and ensure accurate and timely entry. 準(zhǔn)確核算客人洗衣的金額 ,并確保準(zhǔn)確及時(shí)的入賬。 8. Package and deliver guest laundry to correct guestrooms.
