【崗位職責(zé)】
全面負(fù)責(zé)行政樓層工作,督導(dǎo)行政管家為客人提供入住、就餐、商務(wù)、離店等全程服務(wù)。
1、全面管理行政樓層的服務(wù)工作,做好行政管家培訓(xùn)和考核工作。
2、檢查行政管家的儀容儀表、禮節(jié)禮貌,嚴(yán)格考勤,嚴(yán)格執(zhí)行服務(wù)程序與規(guī)范。
3、掌握貴賓樓層的房態(tài),賓客的情況和必要的信息。
4、迎接并送行每一位VIP客人,拜訪行政樓層客人,反饋客人意見與建議。
5、與相關(guān)部聯(lián)系并協(xié)調(diào)工作,確保服務(wù)的快捷與效率。
6、及時閱讀并處理客人與行政樓層之間的信函;發(fā)現(xiàn)問題及時向經(jīng)理報告,及時得到妥善處理。
7、保證行政客房的清潔水平。
8、督導(dǎo)行政管家做好客史檔案工作。
9、了解員工動態(tài),調(diào)動員工積極性。
[Job Responsibilities]
Fully responsible for the work of the administrative floor, and supervise the administrative butler to provide guests with full services such as check-in, dining, business, and departure.
1. Comprehensively manage the service work of the administrative floor, and do a good job in the training and assessment of administrative housekeepers.
2. Check the appearance, etiquette and courtesy of the administrative housekeeper, strict attendance, and strict implementation of service procedures and norms.
3. Master the room status of the VIP floor, the situation of the guests and the necessary information.
4. Greet and see off every VIP guest, visit the guests on the executive floor, and give feedback on guests' opinions and suggestions.
5. Contact and coordinate the work with relevant departments to ensure the speed and efficiency of service.
6. Read and handle the letters between the guests and the administrative floor in time; report the problems to the manager in time and deal with them properly in a timely manner.
7. Ensure the cleanliness of the executive room.
8. Supervise the administrative housekeeper to do a good job in guest history files.
9. Understand the dynamics of employees and mobilize the enthusiasm of employees.
【崗位要求】
1、教育:具有大專畢業(yè)學(xué)歷或同等以上文化程度。
2、經(jīng)驗(yàn):有2年以上五星級客房管理工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)或2年以上五星級行政樓層工作經(jīng)驗(yàn),熟悉客房服務(wù)流程、標(biāo)準(zhǔn),會使用fedelio系統(tǒng)。
3、技能:持有飯店英語高級證書或四級以上英語水平,善于與客溝通,有較強(qiáng)的協(xié)調(diào)組織能力,可合理的為解決客人問題。
4、身體健康,相貌端莊,舉止大方,25--40周歲。
5、培訓(xùn):參加過集團(tuán)管理干部班培訓(xùn)且成績合格者。
[Job Requirements]
1. Education: have a college degree or an equivalent level of education.
2. Experience: More than 2 years of five-star room management experience or more than 2 years of five-star executive floor work experience, familiar with the room service process and standards, and will use the fedelio system.
3. Skills: Hold an advanced hotel English certificate or CET-4 or above, be good at communicating with customers, have strong coordination and organizational skills, and can reasonably solve guests' problems.
4. Good health, dignified appearance, generous manners, 25-40 years old.
5. Training: Those who have participated in the group management cadre class training and passed the results.
