崗位職責
1.擬訂本組工作工作計劃,督促員工實施。
2.提出控制毛利率的實施細則,確定原料配比方案,擬定新菜品和時令菜品推出方案。
3.分派員工工作,組織制作各種冷菜。
4.計劃并安排領用當日各種原料和調料,嚴把原料質量關。
5.嚴把冷菜質量關,負責本組員工業務考評,根據員工特點進行崗上培訓和業務指導。
6.負責本崗位各種設施、設備、用具的安全使用和保養。
Job responsibilities
1. Draw up the work plan of this group and urge employees to implement it.?
2. Propose detailed implementation rules for controlling gross profit margins, determine the ratio of raw materials, and formulate plans for new dishes and seasonal dishes.?
3. Assign employees to work and organize the production of various cold dishes.?
4. Plan and arrange all kinds of raw materials and condiments on the day of receipt, and strictly control the quality of raw materials.?
5. Strictly control the quality of cold dishes, be responsible for the business evaluation of the staff of this group, and conduct on-the-job training and business guidance according to the characteristics of the staff. 6. Responsible for the safe use and maintenance of various facilities, equipment and appliances in this post.
崗位要求
1.中技以上學歷,或相關專業畢業。
2.有2年廚房冷菜工作經驗,為人正直,有責任心,具備一定的管理能力。
3.具備較強的菜點原料加工與制作能力。
4.具有制作符合客人點菜要求食品的能力。
