工作職責(zé)
1.協(xié)助行政總廚或行政副總廚管理廚房,在廚房中協(xié)助整個部門的運營,嚴(yán)格遵循集團(tuán)餐飲部規(guī)章制度、酒店餐飲標(biāo)準(zhǔn)以實現(xiàn)財務(wù)目標(biāo)
2.確保所有與客人有直接接觸的廚房團(tuán)隊成員隨時為客人提供滿意的服務(wù)
3.與客人和同事保持良好的互動,建立良性工作關(guān)系
工作要求
1.大專相關(guān)學(xué)歷,酒店或餐飲管理及廚房相關(guān)學(xué)歷優(yōu)先考慮
2.至少2年的部門副廚師長及以上管理經(jīng)驗
3.部門運營相關(guān)經(jīng)驗及工作中能夠?qū)W習(xí)到相關(guān)的經(jīng)驗
4.能夠操作電腦及餐飲相關(guān)系統(tǒng)能力
5.良好的英語口語、閱讀及書寫能力
6.能夠講普通話及具備在中國工作的許可

Responsibilities
1.Assist Executive Chef or Executive Sous Chef in the running of the kitchen, contributing to the overall success of the outlet in accordance with the hotel’s standards and financial goals.
2.Maintains positive guest and colleague interactions with good working relationships.
3.Work closely with other employees in a supportive and flexible manner, focusing on the overall success of the hotel and the satisfaction of hotel guests.
4.Conduct effective food knowledge training to service team during each menu change.
5.Oversees and assists in the recruitment and selection of all Food and Beverage employees. 6.Adheres to hotel guidelines when recruiting and uses a competency-based approach to selecting employees.
7.Carries out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Preferred Qualifications and Skills
Education :College degree preferably specializing in hotel/restaurant management or culinary arts, or equivalent experience is required.
Experience :Minimum two years previous experience in culinary/food & beverage line, supervisory or assistant manager positions.
Skills and Abilities :
Requires a working knowledge of division operations. Working knowledge is generally learned on-the-job.
Requires ability to operate computer equipment and other food & beverage computer systems
Requires the ability to operate and utilize culinary production equipment and tools effectively.
Requires reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English Language
