? Being familiar with the information concerning the name, source, specification, price, rate and
seasonal demand of the food.

? Assist the Chief Chef in checking the quality and quantity of the food, report to the supervisor in
case of problem.
協(xié)助主廚檢查購進(jìn)貨源的鮮活、質(zhì)量、數(shù)量必須符合要求,發(fā)現(xiàn)問題及時(shí)向上級(jí)匯報(bào)。
? Carry out supervisory responsibilities for the kitchen’s daily sanitation and cleanliness.

Requirements 資質(zhì)要求
? Secondary specialized diploma or above, or relevant diploma;
中技以上文化程度,或相關(guān)專業(yè)畢業(yè);
? Good understanding of different kitchen procedures and good mastering of the food preparation
and quality control;
熟悉廚房各區(qū)塊流程和作業(yè)要求,掌握配菜的各種操作技術(shù)的質(zhì)量要求;
? Good at eastern and western cooking;
擅長中、西式烹飪料理;
? Good understanding of food safety regulations;了解食品衛(wèi)生法;
? Be able to work independently according to the working regulations and quality specifications, have
equivalent technique level;
能按工作規(guī)范和質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)要求獨(dú)立進(jìn)行工作,并有相應(yīng)的技術(shù)等級(jí);
? Responsible, hard working, positive and good communication;
