1.負責健身中心的日常運營管理工作,包括制定排班表、安排員工工作、制定規章制度等。
Be responsible for the daily operation and management of the fitness center, including formulating shift schedules, arranging employees' work, and establishing rules and regulations, etc.
2.監督員工執行規章制度和服務程序,確保服務質量。
Supervise employees in implementing rules and regulations and service procedures to ensure service quality.
3.帶領團隊完成月度銷售目標,制定并執行銷售策略。
Lead the team to achieve the monthly sales target, formulate and implement sales strategies.
4.開發并執行有效的會員營銷及考核策略,提高會員滿意度和續費率。
Develop and implement effective member marketing and assessment strategies to enhance member satisfaction and renewal rates.
5.建立合理的教練團隊結構與培養機制,保證團隊的穩定和發展。
?Establish a reasonable coaching team structure and training mechanism to ensure the stability and development of the team.
6.維護與會員的良好關系,定期回訪客戶,提高客戶滿意度。
Maintain good relationships with members, regularly visit customers, and enhance customer satisfaction.
7.處理會員投訴和反饋問題,確保會員權益得到保障。
Handle members' complaints and feedback issues to ensure that members' rights and interests are protected.
專業知識技能:
Job Knowledge / Skill:
1.擁有相關專業學歷或管理培訓課程背景。
Have a relevant professional degree or background in management training courses.
2.具備豐富的健身中心管理經驗,熟悉健身俱樂部運營流程。
Have rich experience in managing fitness centers and be familiar with the operation process of fitness clubs.
3.有優秀的團隊組織能力和業績開拓能力。
Possess excellent team organization skills and performance development capabilities.
4.熟悉健身工房各類器械的使用和保養。
Be familiar with the use and maintenance of various equipment in the fitness workshop.
5.具備優秀的溝通協調能力和應變能力。
Possess excellent communication and coordination skills as well as adaptability.
