POSITIONSUMMARY
The (Senior)Ambassador is responsible for establishing a warm, welcoming and professional atmosphere forall our guests, members, executives and staff at all times. Located at Guest Welcome Centre, and all public areas, Ambassador provides exceptional serviceand works as a true representative of village hospitality.

KEYRESPONSIBILITIES
The Guest Welcome Centre (Senior)Ambassador mustdemonstrate an inherent understanding of guest needs and deliver excellentstandards in service and hospitality, which surpass guest aspirations, makingit special right from the start.
The Guest Experience Team is predominantly focused on providinga “World Class VIP” welcome to Suzhou Village to encourage our guests to “discover us, shop with us, recommend us and return to us”. The?team has a specific emphasis on:
·??????The Ultimate Hospitality Experience
·??????Promoting a range ofinnovative and efficient “concierge style services” including valetparking and Handsfree Shopping.
·??????Problem solving forguest and demonstrate guest oriented service at high standard.
·?????? Engage withHigh-Net-Worth guests to understand their needs and establish personalrelations for individual personalized service.
·?????? Being luxury ambassadors for hospitality,guest services & Value Retail
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
·????????Proventrack record of exemplary success in a Host, Customer/Guest Services or Tourismrole within a premium or luxury environment (which might include Hotel,Tourism, Retail, Events sectors).
·????????Intuitiveand able to prioritise and adapt effectively.
·????????Goodinterpersonal skills, be able to deal with international guests, with impact& influence.
·????????Akeen interest in the leisure and retail industry.
·????????Computerliterate and fully conversant in the full suite of Microsoft OfficeApplications including Outlook.
·????????Internationallanguages are highly desirable, in particular English and/or other languages ordialect.
