1.為預(yù)到的客人熱情、友好、高效的辦理入住,合理分配房間并完成所有入住手續(xù),需要關(guān)注有特殊房間要求的客人。
Provide warm, friendly and efficient check-in for arriving guests, completing all hotel check-in procedures, with appropriate room allocation, paying special attention to any special room requests from guests.
2.負(fù)責(zé)所有的VIP客人接待,包括:房間分配、房間檢查、備品準(zhǔn)備、房卡制作、入住辦理和送客人到房間。
Attend to all VIP guests which include room assignment, room check, amenities requisition, room key issuing, registration and escorting guest to the room.
3.在必要的時(shí)候引導(dǎo)客人參觀酒店。
Hotel Tour for all the Patrons of the hotel if necessary.
4.準(zhǔn)確執(zhí)行所有收銀操作程序,如:入賬,調(diào)帳,減免,外幣兌換,退款等,相關(guān)文件需合理并得到授權(quán)經(jīng)理的簽字。Execute all cashiering procedures with accuracy and support all postings, corrections, rebates, currency exchange, paid outs, etc. with proper documentation and authorized signatures of managers.
5.每個(gè)班次平賬準(zhǔn)確,確保每筆拋帳正確并有支持的賬單,完成的賬單需有相關(guān)授權(quán)簽字,每一筆帳單都應(yīng)該投帳,以備夜審檢查。
Perform accurate shift audit balance to ensure all postings have been balanced and all backup document and completed forms with authorising signatures are attached and submitted for night auditor’s night balance and check.
6.辦理團(tuán)隊(duì)入住和退房手續(xù),確保所有團(tuán)隊(duì)帳目清晰,相關(guān)的團(tuán)隊(duì)單據(jù)交給相關(guān)部門用于信息傳遞和跟進(jìn)。
Prepare and performs group check-in and check-out accordingly to ensure all group billing arrangements are in order and that group instruction forms are distributed to departments concerned for information and follow-up.
7.更新電腦系統(tǒng)中的客人信息,每日跟進(jìn)并上傳至公安局證件掃描系統(tǒng),確保所有上傳信息齊全并做好記錄。
Update guest information in the hotel computer system and daily follow-up to input guest information into the local Public Security Bureau computer system, ensuring all required information are obtained and recorded for the local authorities.
8.做好夜班工作,包括檢查入住登記單,整理接待臺(tái)衛(wèi)生和補(bǔ)充文具等。
Perform night shift duties which include ‘R-card bin check’, clean up the counter and supplement stationery, etc.
9.處理前臺(tái)客人叫醒預(yù)訂,交予服務(wù)中心跟進(jìn),確保記錄的準(zhǔn)確性,并將預(yù)訂記錄在系統(tǒng)中。??
Handle morning call bookings and ensure follow-up is done with Service Center to book the request at the correct time, recording details in the computer system.
10.執(zhí)行分派的任何合理任務(wù)和額外職責(zé)。
Carries out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.
任職要求 Qualifications
1.至少三年大專。
Minimum 3 years’ college education.
2.酒店前廳部經(jīng)驗(yàn)(非必須)
Hotel Front Office experience (Preferred but not required)
3.良好的英文口語和寫作能力,良好的服務(wù)意識(shí)和溝通能力,良好的電腦技能,能在壓力下工作并適應(yīng)倒班工作。
Good oral and written English proficiency, good service manner, able to communicate with all levels, good in computers, able to work under pressure and adapt to work in shifts.
