Position Summary 職位概述
1.The Senior Sales Manager assists the Director of Sales in leading and supervising the Sales Team. He/she oversees and directs all aspects of the negotiation and coordination process as well as the successful handling of Corporate / FIT / M.I.C.E. / Social / Tour & Travel events as assigned. Leads the Sales Team to ensure smooth operation of the department to maximize business opportunities and deliver the highest service standards
高級銷售經理需協助銷售總監領導銷售部門。他/她督導并管理所有談判過程同時需成功的跟進所分派的公司、散客、會務、社會活動、旅游團隊等各項活動。領導銷售團隊通過準確、快速的服務使收入最大化同時給客戶以最高標準的服務。
2.Plans sales trips, under the direct approval of Director of Sales or Director of Business Development to major market areas, calling on accounts within the specific market areas. Reports to the Director of Sales on potential markets needing coverage
在銷售總監或業務發展總監的直接批準下對主要市場的地區制定銷售拜訪計劃對一些特別地區的市場進行電話銷售向銷售總監匯報潛在市場客戶的需求范圍。
3.Liaises closely with Sales Team in proposing the best deal when handling leads / inquiries (pricing strategy, special requirements) passed over, in order to convert the leads / inquiries to confirmed events.
在跟進處理以一些生意或客戶詢問時與銷售團隊保持緊密的聯絡與溝通最終時生意確認下來。
參與宴會銷售經理在活動結束后的繼續跟進例如致客戶感謝信和會議跟蹤調查表等。
4.Get known all information of competitors, such as rate, top accounts and production, room, F&B and events, and report to DOS regularly.
了解并熟悉競爭對手的所有產品信息包括公司協議價、主要客戶及其產量、酒店客房、餐飲、會務等并定期向銷售總監匯報。
5.Directs all activities of the Sales Team to ensure the smooth running of the department.
指引部門活動并確保部門正常運作。
6.Motivates and trains Sales Team to ensure their best performance.
激發和培訓部門員工并確保他們有良好的表現。
7.Monitors the accounts management system.
監控客戶管理系統。
8.Assists the DOS in the allocation of daily job to the Sales Team according to group chart.
根據銷售團隊架構來協助銷售總監分配對日常工作進行有效分配。
9.Forecasts group room night and banquet revenue.
對團隊及宴會收入進行有效的預測。
10.Participates in relationship building visitations when necessary.

Required Qualifications 必要的資歷要求
University graduate, excellent command of written and spoken in English and Chinese language.
大學專科良好的中英文讀寫能力。
Minimum 3 years' experience in similar capacity with international chain hotels.
具有至少三年在國際連鎖酒店的相關經驗。
Rooms corporate and mice background
擁有客房或Mice銷售背景
Preferred Qualifications 更高的資歷要求
Very familiar with local market and good at marketing trend analysis.
