Conduct qualification reviews when necessary and provide professional advice. Monitor contract execution, actual service quality, and related employment reviews and payment matters.
Organise welcome, farewell, and regular communication meetings for interns. Follow up on the implementation of intern training programmes and the evaluation of intern performance to maximise intern retention and conversion rates.
