5.檢查酒店電腦系統數據備份,確保數據的安全和有效的保存。
Check the data backup of the hotel's computer system to ensure its security and effective storage.
6.設立酒店電腦系統的檔案,并負責檔案的管理。
Establish the archives of the hotel's computer system and be responsible for their management.
7.掌握電腦業的發展動態,為酒店電腦系統的管理提出有效的建議。
Keep abreast of the development trends in the computer industry and offer effective suggestions for the management of hotel computer systems.
專業知識技能:
Job Knowledge / Skill:
1.2年以上電腦工作經歷,具有電腦用戶和/或程序員的知識(大型機和個人電腦),及飯店系統和程序的經驗。
More than 2 years of computer work experience, with knowledge of computer users and/or programmers (mainframes and personal computers), as well as experience in hotel systems and programs.
2.熟知酒店各項電腦管理系統的原理。
Be familiar with the principles of various computer management systems in the hotel.
3.具有較強的分析和解決專業問題的能力、預警能力、做正確事的能力和語言文字表達能力。
Possess strong abilities in analyzing and solving professional problems, early warning, doing the right thing, and expressing oneself in language and writing.
