a)?????Conduct daily meetings and briefings with Banquet Sales and EventsManagers, Director of Revenue Management, and Director of Public Relations andMarketing to discuss direction and implementation, except on a daily basis.
與宴會(huì)活動(dòng)銷售經(jīng)理、收益總監(jiān)、公關(guān)和市場營銷總監(jiān)進(jìn)行日常會(huì)議和簡報(bào),討論方向和實(shí)施,日常工作除外。
b)?????Record profiles of all past, present and potential clients, and developand implement client assumptions to achieve client goals for each hotel.
記錄所有過去、現(xiàn)在和潛在客戶的資料,制定并實(shí)施客戶的設(shè)想,以實(shí)現(xiàn)各個(gè)酒店的客戶目標(biāo)。
c)?????Record profiles of each customer for each hotel, whether past, present,or potential, and implement customer assumptions to bring target customers intoreality.
記錄各家酒店每位顧客的檔案,無論是過去的、現(xiàn)在的還是潛在的,并實(shí)施顧客的假設(shè),使目標(biāo)顧客變?yōu)楝F(xiàn)實(shí)。
d)?????Conduct regular sales visits or as needed based on established annual,quarterly and monthly plans.
根據(jù)制定的年度、季度和月度計(jì)劃,定期或根據(jù)需要進(jìn)行銷售拜訪。
e)?????Prepare and submit to the General Manager a tentative monthly schedulefor each hotel, to record sales and other related activities for the previousmonth.

f)??????Perform credit checks on all new customers for each hotel to verify thecompany's credit status, and others, and take action to deny accountsreceivable if they are negative or problematic.
對每家酒店所有新客戶進(jìn)行信用檢查,核實(shí)公司的信用狀況和其他情況,對不良或有問題的應(yīng)收賬款采取拒絕處理措施。
g)?????Provide ongoing sales guidance to subordinates by implementing a jointcalling program and providing guidance and direction on customer meetings andthe development and implementation of action plans.
為下屬提供持續(xù)的銷售指導(dǎo),通過實(shí)施聯(lián)合拜訪計(jì)劃,指導(dǎo)和指導(dǎo)客戶會(huì)議,制定和實(shí)施行動(dòng)計(jì)劃。
h)? ? ??The position requires working in Shanghai (with preference given to local Shanghai candidates), conducting weekly virtual meetings to provide strategic guidance on sales and promotional initiatives, ensuring clarity of communication and effective implementation. Candidates with established connections in the luxury goods industry and access to consulates and embassies across various nations will be considered favorably.
在上海辦公(上海本地優(yōu)先考慮)每周至少進(jìn)行一次網(wǎng)絡(luò)會(huì)議,并對銷售和促銷進(jìn)行指導(dǎo),確保內(nèi)容清晰,并被理解和執(zhí)行。擁有高端奢飾品行業(yè)資源及各國領(lǐng)事館、大使館資源為佳。
