1. Major responsibilities 主要職責(zé)
· Develop L&D policies as required.
根據(jù)要求制定學(xué)習(xí)與發(fā)展政策。
· Develop and monitor annual and monthly training budget.
制定并監(jiān)控年度及月度培訓(xùn)預(yù)算。
· Conduct needs analysis with department managers to assess specific learning needs.
與部門(mén)經(jīng)理合作進(jìn)行需求分析,確定學(xué)習(xí)需求。
· Maintain a current knowledge of statutory requirements and develop creative and innovative training programs (on-line or off-line)
熟悉當(dāng)前法定的培訓(xùn)項(xiàng)目的要求,以及開(kāi)發(fā)一些創(chuàng)新的培訓(xùn)項(xiàng)目(線(xiàn)上或者線(xiàn)下)
· Conduct training programs such as Orientation, English training, customer service programs, supervisory and management skills programs, and other components of the LHI Learning & Development Framework as necessary.
根據(jù)需要開(kāi)展各項(xiàng)培訓(xùn)課程,如入職培訓(xùn)、英語(yǔ)培訓(xùn)、客戶(hù)服務(wù)培訓(xùn)、管理技能培訓(xùn)及朗廷酒店集團(tuán)學(xué)習(xí)與發(fā)展框架中的其他培訓(xùn)項(xiàng)目。
· Coordinate training programs with external consultants such as beauty make-up class, grooming class, fire safety training, first aid class, hygiene class, etc.
與外方顧問(wèn)協(xié)調(diào)化妝、儀容儀表、防火安全、急救、衛(wèi)生等培訓(xùn)項(xiàng)目。
· Evaluate training effectiveness by conducting training audits and produce audit reports for management review.
通過(guò)審核評(píng)估培訓(xùn)效果,制作審核報(bào)告交管理層審閱。
· Develop Departmental Trainers System by conducting Train-the-trainer program, monthly training plan and report system, etc.
通過(guò)培訓(xùn)員培訓(xùn)、月度培訓(xùn)計(jì)劃和報(bào)告系統(tǒng)等發(fā)展部門(mén)培訓(xùn)員系統(tǒng)。
· Conduct monthly departmental trainer meeting.
組織每月部門(mén)培訓(xùn)員會(huì)議。
· Sit-in departmental training sessions and give feedback to departmental trainers.
旁聽(tīng)部門(mén)培訓(xùn)并向部門(mén)培訓(xùn)員提供反饋。
· Develop and monitor Best Trainer Award system.
發(fā)展和監(jiān)控最佳培訓(xùn)員獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)系統(tǒng)。
· Monitor and oversee all departmental learning programs including, Departmental Orientation, FLHSS (Fire Life Health Safe Security), etc
監(jiān)督和管理所有部門(mén)學(xué)習(xí)項(xiàng)目,包括部門(mén)入職、防火、生命健康、安保培訓(xùn)等。
· Develop and present Annual and Monthly Training Plan and Calendar.
制定出臺(tái)年度和月度培訓(xùn)計(jì)劃和日程安排。
· Recruit and monitor student trainees and management trainees according to annual plan.
根據(jù)年度計(jì)劃招聘并監(jiān)督學(xué)校實(shí)習(xí)生及管理實(shí)習(xí)生。
· Conduct monthly trainee meeting.
組織每月實(shí)習(xí)生會(huì)議。
· Monitor and control training resources.
監(jiān)管培訓(xùn)資源。
· Track, input and maintain all individual colleague learning & development records within HRMIS System.
在人力資源管理信息系統(tǒng)內(nèi)跟蹤、錄入及管理所有員工的學(xué)習(xí)與發(fā)展記錄。
· Maintenance of attendance records and other documentation related to the Learning & Development efforts.
維護(hù)與學(xué)習(xí)和發(fā)展活動(dòng)有關(guān)的考勤記錄和其他文件。
· Maintain creative training communication channels (Wechat, Notice Board, emails or other platform).
管理各個(gè)培訓(xùn)溝通渠道,保證其內(nèi)容新穎。
· Observe and appraise colleague performance during sessions, providing feedback to management which would facilitate improvements in accordance to LHI standards with regard to product and performance.
評(píng)估員工在各階段的表現(xiàn)并向管理層反饋,以促進(jìn)產(chǎn)品和績(jī)效按朗廷酒店集團(tuán)的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)不斷得以提高和完善。
· Support all efforts to enliven our Company’s Vison, Mission, Objective & Values (VMOV) Brand Promise, and Quality and Guest Experiences programs throughout the hotel leading by example and serving as a role model.
支持酒店內(nèi)一切以實(shí)例和楷模活化公司遠(yuǎn)景、使命、目標(biāo)、信念,品牌承諾以及顧客體驗(yàn)項(xiàng)目。
· Ensure security and confidentiality of all information throughout the hotel.
保證酒店所有信息機(jī)密安全。
· Plan and conduct meetings with EXCO members, department managers, departmental trainers and rest of colleagues to review performance trends, develop action plans and give recognition.
組織會(huì)議,與行政委員會(huì)委員、部門(mén)經(jīng)理、部門(mén)培訓(xùn)員及其他員工研究業(yè)績(jī)走向、制定行動(dòng)方案并給予肯定。
· Perform any duties as assigned by the management deemed necessary.
執(zhí)行任何管理層委托的工作。

2. Human Resources responsibilities 人力資源職責(zé)
· Work closely with entire HR Team with regard to promoting an “employer of choice” philosophy.

· Career development programs for colleagues.

· Degree in Human Resources, Hospitality, Communications, Education, Psychology, Fine Arts or other related areas.

· Previous HR experiences a plus.
