崗位職責(zé):
1.?Responsible for the daily operation and management of the restaurant, establish and implement?the?delivery?of?the?restaurant’s brand?standards, improve the sequence?of service procedure, provide high-quality?guest?services at any time, so that the business philosophy of the restaurant can be realized;
負(fù)責(zé)餐廳的日常運(yùn)營管理,建立和執(zhí)行餐廳的品牌標(biāo)準(zhǔn),完善服務(wù)流程的順序,隨時(shí)提供高品質(zhì)的客人服務(wù),使餐廳的經(jīng)營理念得以實(shí)現(xiàn);
2.?Responsible for the quality and performance of the restaurant?to achieve the leading?brand status of the market, including guest?satisfaction, revenue and?profit?to?consistently grow under effective management;
負(fù)責(zé)餐廳運(yùn)營品質(zhì)與績效,達(dá)到市場(chǎng)之領(lǐng)導(dǎo)品牌地位,包括客戶滿意度、收入和利潤皆能在有效管理下持續(xù)成長;
3.?Ensure guest requests and feedback, both verbal and written are responded to promptly and efficiently. Communicate to team members on a daily basis to create an understanding of our guests’ needs and expectations to achieve and exceed the goal via social media channels;
確保對(duì)客人口頭及書面的要求、反饋迅速有效地做出回應(yīng)。每天與團(tuán)隊(duì)成員交流,通過社交媒體渠道了解我們客人的需求和期望,以實(shí)現(xiàn)并超越目標(biāo);
4.?Ensure effective control over food and beverage sales?and that consistent profit is maximized while maintain and improving high standard and service;
在維護(hù)和提升高標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和服務(wù)的同時(shí),確保對(duì)食品和酒水銷售的有效控制,及持續(xù)的利潤最大化;
5.?Creates checklists and leads regular inspections with the team to ensure daily conditions of all physical facilities and equipment in the restaurant are maintained to high?standard. Offer recommendations for corrections and take action for maintenance project and improvements as needed;
創(chuàng)建清單,帶領(lǐng)團(tuán)隊(duì)進(jìn)行定期檢查,以確保餐廳中所有設(shè)施設(shè)備的日常狀態(tài)維持在高標(biāo)準(zhǔn),必要時(shí)采取維修項(xiàng)目和改進(jìn)措施;
6.?Formulate the annual revenue?budget and operation plan of the department, and organize the arrangement of specific implementation plans and reach a budget;
制定部門的年度收入預(yù)算與運(yùn)營計(jì)劃,組織具體實(shí)施計(jì)劃的安排并達(dá)到預(yù)算;
7.?Facilitate?the implementation of business strategies?and conduct?regular strategy?update meetings with management?team to clarify the mutual?expectations;
促進(jìn)業(yè)務(wù)戰(zhàn)略的實(shí)施,與管理層定期召開戰(zhàn)略更新會(huì)議,明確團(tuán)隊(duì)期望;
崗位要求:
1.?College?degree or above, with strong knowledge of food & beverage and service;
大學(xué)??萍耙陨蠈W(xué)歷,有較強(qiáng)的食品、酒水知識(shí)和服務(wù)技能;
2.The management background of the Western restaurants in international luxury hotels or independent?fine dining preferably;
國際奢華酒店或Fine Dining西餐廳出身的管理背景優(yōu)先;
3.?Good image and temperament, minimum of 2 years’?working experience?in?similar?position;
形象氣質(zhì)佳,具有同等職位2年或以上的工作經(jīng)歷;
4. Strong ability on pressure resistance, social activity, organizational leadership with notable attention to detail.
具備較強(qiáng)的抗壓能力、社會(huì)活動(dòng)能力、組織領(lǐng)導(dǎo)能力,注重細(xì)節(jié);
5.Be able?to work independently, relate to all levels of guests and management, handle multiple tasks at one time;
能夠獨(dú)立工作,與各級(jí)客戶和管理層溝通,同時(shí)處理多項(xiàng)任務(wù)。
