Primary Responsibilities主要職責
1. Daily metering of electricity, steam,hot and cold ?water,gas and oil consumption (log book).
記錄日常電、蒸汽、冷熱水、煤氣、油的消耗量(日志)。
2. Recording of chiller logs &relevant checklist, utilities consumption etc.
記錄制冷機日志和相關的檢查清單,設備的損耗等。
3. Checking periodically and recording offresh water tank levels ensuring that sufficient (minimum) water level ismaintain at all times.
定期檢查并記錄水箱水位,隨時保持足夠的水位。
4. Fill the shoeon time, cannot leave or go to other posts freely. Toe the line of ?HVAC Supervisor ?and have jobs done on requirements on time
準時到達工作崗位,服從暖通主管以及上級的調度和工作安排,按時、按質、按量地完成工作任務,不能擅自離崗和串崗。
5. Fill out thecomplete track record when on duty.
負責填寫當值時完整的值班記錄。
6. Be ofcomprehensive skills with a major technique.
具備一專多能的能力。
7. Understand theprocess of the hotel and familiar with the function of engineering department.
了解酒店的運作程序,熟悉本部門的職能。
8. Have a good master of the major equipment with their function,operation process, and security rules.
對本專業(yè)所屬設備的性能、用途、操作程序、安全規(guī)程非常熟悉。
9. Have the facilitiesserviced strictly as per the protective maintenance plan, and keep the trackrecord.
根據(jù)預防性維修保養(yǎng)計劃,認真完成各種設備的維修保養(yǎng)工作,并做好設備維修、保養(yǎng)的記錄。
10. Rush to repair activelywith colleagues, and get rid of the trouble in time.
積極參加各種設備故障的搶修工作,及時排除故障。
11. Keep all the equipment running inorder. Make the machine neat, machine room clean and workshop tidy.
12.To deal with boiler fault inoperation in time對運行中的鍋爐故障維修及時處理。
Knowledge and Experience知識與經(jīng)驗
1.?Minimum 3 years experience on equipment maintenance, inspection.
具有三年以上酒店專業(yè)設備維護、維修經(jīng)驗
2.??Must be qualified for this job with rich experience and high efficiency.
能夠勝任本職工作,具有豐富的實際工作經(jīng)驗,工作效率高
3.?Able to deal with emergency problems in decoration system with relatedperson
對發(fā)生的故障及存在問題,能夠迅速準確地做出判斷并組織有關人員進行處理
4.Have Boiler certificate
