Responsible for the safety and firemanagement of the hotel, maintain good working relationship with the relevantlocal government departments.
職責義務:
Duties & Responsibilities:
1.督導本部門的運作,保證安全巡查工作的正確執行,確保酒店、客人和員工的財產及人身安全。
Supervise the operation of the department,ensure the correct implementation of safety inspections, and ensure theproperty and personal safety of the hotel, guests and employees.
2.負責督促檢查酒店各消防設備和安全救生器材,并確保其使用狀態正常(例如:消防報警系統、滅火器、門磁報警系統等。
Supervise and inspect all fire fightingequipment and safety life-saving equipment of the hotel, and ensure that theyare in normal condition (such as fire alarm system, fire extinguisher, doormagnetic alarm system, etc.).
3.對酒店員工進行滅火、疏散逃生等技能的培訓和演練,定期對酒店義務消防隊進行培訓,并確保義務消防隊隊員的實操水平。
Conduct fire fighting, evacuation and otherskills training and exercises for hotel staff, regularly train the hotel'svolunteer fire brigade, and ensure the practical level of the volunteer firebrigade members.
4.對酒店各區域的治安和防火情況進行巡查,發現漏洞立即處理和上報。
Inspect the security and fire prevention inall areas of the hotel, deal with and report any loopholes immediately.
5.組織屬下員工進行各類業務培訓,不斷促進業務技能的提高和完善。
Organize all kinds of business training foremployees, and constantly promote the improvement and perfection of businessskills.
6.對班內違紀和瀆職員工向部門提出處理建議。
Make suggestions to the department on howto deal with employees who violate discipline and dereliction of duty.
7.與GSM、值班工程師及其它部門主管保持友好的業務聯系。
Maintain friendly business contact withGSM, duty engineer and other department heads.
8.受理當班期間的各類業務投訴并及時處理,遇重大問題時請示上司處理。
Accept all kinds of business complaintsduring the shift and deal with them in time, and ask the boss to deal withmajor problems.
9.傳達并執行部門的一切工作指令。
Convey and execute all work instructions ofthe department.
專業知識技能:
Job Knowledge / Skill:
1.5年以上5星國際品牌酒店的保安部負責人工作經歷。
At least 1.5 years working experience insecurity department of 5-star international brand hotel.
2.精通把控酒店各類安全消防工作節奏。
Proficient in controlling the rhythm of allkinds of fire safety work in the hotel.
3.具有較強的領導能力。
Strong leadership skills.
4.熟悉和掌握部門的操作流程和標準。
Familiar with and master the department'soperating procedures and standards.
5.熟悉酒店行業公共安全及衛生要求。
Familiar with the public safety and healthrequirements of the hotel industry.
6.較強的團隊協作和解決問題的能力。
Strong teamwork and problem solving skills.
7.較強的語言和溝通能力。
Strong language and communication skills.
8.熟練的英文書面及口頭表達能力者優先。
Good command of written and oral English ispreferred.
