MAIN PURPOSE 主要職責
Assist the Good Kitchen Chef de Cuisine in managing daily operations,enabling team members to utilize their skills to produce high - quality products. Train team members in food production, hotel standards, rules and regulations, and implement hotel policies and procedures.
協助西廚房廚師長管理日常工作,使團隊成員能運用他們的技能生產出高質量的產品。向團隊成員培訓食品制造,酒店標準,規章制度,貫徹酒店政策程序。
ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS教育背景資格
??????? College degree or above, major in cooking is preferred
大專以上學歷,烹飪專業優先
PRIOR WORKING EXPERIENCE 以往工作經歷
??????? Minimum 5 years’ experience as Sous chef in hotel Western kitchen
至少5年的酒店西廚房副廚師長經驗
??????? Exposure to industry which required high service standard.
展現高水平的行業服務標準。
OTHER REQUIREMENTS 其他專業要求
??????? Self-starter with hands-on approach.? Innovative and has a “can-do” attitude.? Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment
