3. Learn the policies of the hotel seriously, need to strict with himself, basic knowledge of the law, strengthen the law sense and obey the law.
認真學習酒店的各項制度和部門的規定,嚴于律已、克已奉公,認真學習法律知識,加強法紀觀念,遵紀守法。
4. Punctual on duty, does not leave the post when on duty, does not do private affairs and does not make use of the work to commit a fraud.
按時上下班,不遲到,不早退,不得擅離崗位,上班時間不辦私事,不得利用工作之便進行違法犯罪活動。
5. Smart appearance, civilized behaviour. Forbidden to beat and scold the person and infringe upon the human right of others. Does not behave in a way which may break the hotel image. Work tactfully and quickly. Perform according to the procedure.
上班著裝整齊,儀容端莊,精神飽滿,堅持文明執勤,嚴禁打罵人和侵犯他人人身權利,不做有損酒店形象的行為,做事機智迅速果斷,按章辦事。
6. Be strict to struggle with the bad behavior, and actively arrest the person when breaking the law.
敢于與一切不良行為作斗爭,發現違法亂紀人員積極奮勇擒拿。
7. Take the shift procedure well when on and off duty, and should be clear.
上下班要做好交接班手續,而且要清清楚楚。
8. Help to keep a safety work environment in the hotel.
積極協助主管做好酒店內的安全防范工作。
