【崗位職責(zé)】
1、確保遵循酒店的政策方針和品牌標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。
2、確保部門(mén)成員遵守酒店儀容儀表和個(gè)人衛(wèi)生標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。
3、在中餐廳有活動(dòng)或者大型宴會(huì)時(shí)候準(zhǔn)備分析報(bào)告。
4、運(yùn)營(yíng)時(shí)候處理所有的客人建議并且記錄在部門(mén)日志上面。
5、設(shè)計(jì)客人和VIP客人的記錄并且維護(hù)。
6、監(jiān)督和保持餐飲部的預(yù)算,收入
【崗位要求】
年齡不超過(guò)35歲(硬性條件)
會(huì)潮汕話或潮汕地區(qū)從事同崗位經(jīng)驗(yàn)
有米其林、黑珍珠、連續(xù)三年必吃榜中餐地方菜經(jīng)驗(yàn)優(yōu)化錄用
全面的中餐餐飲部運(yùn)營(yíng)知識(shí)。
至少2年同崗位或副經(jīng)理的工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
積極主動(dòng)和精力充沛。
Job Responsibilities:
Ensure compliance with the hotel's policies, guidelines, and brand standards.
Ensure all team members adhere to the hotel's grooming and personal hygiene standards.
Prepare analytical reports for events or large banquets in the Chinese restaurant.
Handle all guest feedback during operations and record it in the department logbook.
Design and maintain guest (including VIP guest) records.
Monitor and maintain the budget and revenue of the Food & Beverage department.
Job Requirements:
Fluency in Chaoshan dialect or work experience in the Chaoshan region in the same position is preferred.
Candidates with experience in Michelin-starred, Black Pearl, or consecutive three-year Must-Eat List Chinese local cuisine restaurants will be prioritized.
Comprehensive knowledge of Chinese Food & Beverage department operations.
At least 2 years of working experience in the same position or as an assistant manager.
Proactive, motivated, and energetic.
