職責義務：
Duties & Responsibilities:
1.檢查和分析每天工程日志。

2.分析數據及儀表的精確性相關的運行數據，以確保設備正常運行。
Analyze data and operating data related to the accuracy of the instrument to ensure the normal operation of the equipment.
3.與上級和維護保養小組人員一起討論和協調運行上的難題并采取矯正措施。
Discuss and coordinate operational problems with superiors and maintenance team members and take corrective actions.
4.準備預防性保養計劃和確保保養記錄已抄錄和更新。
Prepare preventive maintenance plans and ensure that maintenance records are copied and updated.
5.每日檢查機器的運行情況，對于所有的缺點例如儀表丟失或失靈、皮帶松了、軸承發出噪音、過量的震動、機房骯臟或黑暗等其它問題，發出工作單，并安排進行整改。
Check the operation of the machine daily, issue work orders for all shortcomings such as missing or malfunctioning instrument, loose belt, bearing noise, excessive vibration, dirty or dark machine room and other problems, and arrange for rectification.
6.確保噴淋頭，消防探測器，消防系統和緊急出口燈全部正常及可靠地工作。
Ensure that spray heads, fire detectors, fire systems and emergency exit lights all work properly and reliably.
7.保持所有機器和控制室干凈，檢視和保存完整的操作手冊、圖紙及工程資料文檔。

8.填寫工程記錄單及日志，培訓下級員工達到工作效率和技能水平要求。

9.協助準備每年工程部的預算，定期檢查預算的實現情況，如發生重大偏差，需找出滿意的解釋。

10.當工程總監不在時，要擔負起他的責任和工作，在出現緊急或災難情況時，回應上級和同事的召喚。到場排除故障，并留守酒店，協助進行事故分析和操作。
Assume the responsibilities and work of the Engineering Director in his absence and respond to the call of superiors and colleagues in case of emergency or disaster. Troubleshoot on site and stay at the hotel to assist in accident analysis and operation.
11.協助并監督工程承包商的工作，確保生命和財產的安全。
Assist and supervise the work of the engineering contractor to ensure the safety of life and property.
專業知識技能：
Job Knowledge / Skill:
1.至少5年或以上酒店工程部工作經驗。
At least 5 years working experience in hotel engineering department.
2.掌握機電工程設計基礎知識、熟悉電子通訊設備、計算機、暖通、空調、給排水設備、電梯等的使用和維護管理，熟悉基建、環境保護、安全生產、勞動保護方面的政策與法規。
Master the basic knowledge of mechanical and electrical engineering design, familiar with the use and maintenance management of electronic communication equipment, computers, HVAC, air conditioning, water supply and drainage equipment, elevators, etc., familiar with the policies and regulations of infrastructure construction, environmental protection, production safety and labor protection.
3.有強烈的事業心與責任感，有較強的自學能力和適應性，秉公辦事，不謀私利。
