l? To organize engineering colleague and controls colleague to correctlyoperate all M&E plant and equipment tosuit the needs of the hotel.

l? To plan and implement a preventive maintenance program to try and achieve“zero defects” for all equipment in the Hotel.
制定、執(zhí)行預(yù)防性維修保養(yǎng)計劃,爭取使酒店的設(shè)備達到“零故障”。
l? To prepare operating budgets and CAPEX budget for equipment required,repairs and maintenance, system modifications.
準備所需設(shè)備、維修保養(yǎng)工作、系統(tǒng)修改的運營預(yù)算和固定資產(chǎn)支出預(yù)算。
l? To assist in the assessment of training needs, planning of trainingcourses, and presentation of training courses. To train and instruct othermembers of the colleague by passing along your knowledge and skills. Inaddition, utilizing resources from the Engineering Training Library and ofoutside vendors and sources, assist them in their development and furtheradvance your own. Participate in Corporate and Property Training as directed byEngineering Management. Set an example of continuous self-development.

Manage repair and maintenance project and building improvements byeffectively coordinating and planning all tasks in advance of beginning anyproject. Utilize all possible resources. Coordinate efforts with engineeringand other affected departments. Use project management techniques along withthe appropriately assigned engineering team members to perform project planningand execution. All methods, materials and practices must meet and be inaccordance with local codes, brand specifications, national codes and standardpractices. Keep accurate completion and task records in the project files.Materials procurement and coordination of their availability are also criticalto the success of your position. Our goal is to cost-effectively maximize theschedule.

l? Lead or facilitate the transfer of information regarding priorities,assignments, and problem solving at the various briefing sessions each day.

l? Fire Alarm/Life Safety System - to monitor systems as necessary, to befully informed of the system operation and to handle emergencies involving thesystems. To have a working knowledge of fire sprinkler and emergency powersystems.

l? Energy Conservation - to observe and analyze energy and utilities usage inthe hotel and on the grounds. To look for ways to conserve energy and reportany ideas to the Engineering Management.

l? Accident prevention and safety - to be aware of all existing departmentaljob safety analysis and to strive to work in an accident-free manner and tocreate a safe work environment for others. To continuously look for conditionswhich may endanger colleagues or guests of the hotel and to take immediateaction to correct any hazardous conditions found.

The noise level in the workenvironment is usually moderate.
