Organise welcome, farewell, and regular communication meetings for interns. Follow up on the implementation of intern training programmes and the evaluation of intern performance to maximise intern retention and conversion rates.

需出差并參與對職業技術學校、學院、高等院校的考察、招聘活動甚至相應的宣講授課。
參與校企合作協議、網絡招聘協議、其他人力中介機構或勞務外包合作單位等相關合同條款的審核,必要時候進行資質審查并提供個人專業建議,監管合同執行情況及實際服務質量、以及相關用工的審核及付款事宜。
組織實習生相關的歡迎、歡送及日常的溝通會,跟進實習生培養項目的落實、實習生績效的評估,促進最大化的實習生留任轉正率。
更新并管理招聘系統及其他人事系統數據,能夠給他人進行培訓。
