    崗位職責: 1.根據(jù)公司品牌管理的定位,制定、調(diào)整和優(yōu)化的運營管理標準,循環(huán)改進并針對現(xiàn)有問題作出解決方案,為酒店日常運營提供良好的支撐; 2.制定相應的政策及規(guī)定,監(jiān)督檢查,確保各項政策及標準的落實。持續(xù)更新客房產(chǎn)品與服務標準,確保品牌形象; 3.通過定期視察、線上或線下會議等多種形式,與旗下成員酒店團隊溝通,了解、監(jiān)督、指導酒店的日常運營工作,并與運營總裁分享最新信息; 4.定期對成員酒店進行運營審計,并推進整改落實,確保酒店產(chǎn)品及服務質(zhì)量不斷提升; 5.定期完成重要運營數(shù)據(jù)和客戶體驗反饋積累,聯(lián)合旗下酒店識別分享最佳運營實踐,并提供分享機會; 6.監(jiān)管旗下酒店直銷采購率,品牌標準物資采買率; 7.與協(xié)同公司各職能部門,通過經(jīng)營分析會等多種形式,與酒店管理團隊共同回顧重要經(jīng)營指標,敦促、指導酒店實現(xiàn)各項目標,確保酒店盈利最大化; 8.通過定期拜訪或電話溝通,確保業(yè)主了解品牌標準、公司政策及促銷活動,獲得業(yè)主對公司各類經(jīng)營活動的支持; 9.協(xié)同市場營銷部,指導并改進酒店經(jīng)營計劃及策略,以快速適應市場環(huán)境的變化,定期為酒店管理團隊提供培訓、指導和支持,幫助其實現(xiàn)營收指標; 10.協(xié)同財務部、人力資源部,督管酒店控制經(jīng)營費用、人工、能源等主要成本; 11.督促酒店落地會員權益; 12.確保各酒店遵守法律法規(guī)和行業(yè)標準。識別并應對運營中的潛在風險,協(xié)助制定應急預案。 任職要求: 1.至少10年酒店管理及運營經(jīng)驗,其中包括5年的國內(nèi)知名品牌酒店運營經(jīng)歷。有過同時負責多家酒店運營經(jīng)歷者優(yōu)先; 2.擁有酒店籌備開業(yè)經(jīng)驗,包括準備籌備開業(yè)預算、管理制度及程序的建立; 3.能夠用中英雙語有效交流者優(yōu)先; 4.具備良好的溝通能力和人際交往能力; 5.精通計算機操作,并適應出差者優(yōu)先。 您可將個人簡歷和求職意向發(fā)送至hht@dfwsgroup.com,如有合適職位,我們會第一時間與您聯(lián)系~
