Ensures the availability of any stationery or consumables required by any I.S. systems.

§? 提供高水平的專業(yè)技能,禮貌、熱情、周到地服務(wù)于其他員工(內(nèi)部客人)和部門的訪客。
Provides the appropriate level of professional, courteous and caring service to other associates (internal customers) and other visitors to the division.
§? 遇到客人和同事投訴或反映問題時要禮貌地詢問情況,如果不能立刻解決,要及時跟進(jìn)并反饋進(jìn)展情況。
Handles guest and associate enquiries in a courteous and efficient manner, reporting complaints or problems if no immediate solution can be found, whilst feeding back a prompt follow up.
§? 積極與客人和同事保持良好的工作關(guān)系。
Maintains positive guest and colleague interactions with good working relationships.

§? 確保工作成果達(dá)到凱悅設(shè)置的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)規(guī)格,并和凱悅國際信息操作手冊保持一致。
Ensures productivity meets standards given in accordance with Hyatt Design Standards and Criteria and the Hyatt International IS Operations Manual.
§? 確保使用新的技術(shù)和設(shè)備,提高工作效率的同時簡化工序。
Ensures new technology and equipment are embraced, improving productivity whilst taking work out of the system.

§? 檢查每日系統(tǒng)運作工作,并將發(fā)生的異常報告給信息系統(tǒng)部副經(jīng)理。
To be involved in daily audit work on operation and to advice the Assistant Information Systems Manager for any abnormal happenings.
§? 協(xié)助授權(quán)用戶操作酒店的信息系統(tǒng)硬件,各種各樣的電子元件,并幫助他們使用個人電腦。
To assist authorized users in relation to operation of the hotel’s I.S. system hardware, various modules and supporting personal computers.
§? 確保所有信息系統(tǒng)設(shè)備的預(yù)防性維護(hù)執(zhí)行適當(dāng)。
To ensure that preventive maintenance required by any I.S. equipment in the hotel is carried out appropriately.
§? 系統(tǒng)或者機(jī)器零件出問題時及時協(xié)調(diào)、修理,或?qū)⒅凸?yīng)商返修。
To coordinate the timely repair and return to service of any faulty systems or items of equipment.
§? 檢查已建立的程序的執(zhí)行情況,確保所有信息系統(tǒng)的數(shù)據(jù)備份。
To check on the established procedures to ensure the backup of data in any I.S. system.
§? 無論是軟件還是硬件產(chǎn)生故障時,重新建立數(shù)據(jù)系統(tǒng)。
To assist to rebuild data corrupted by either hardware or software faults.
§? 安排夜審工作及其他規(guī)律性的系統(tǒng)處理報告。
To arrange the distribution of Night Audit and other regularly system produced reports.

Have a complete understanding of and adhere to associate rules and regulations.
§? 遵守所有酒店、公司及地方法規(guī),以及酒店政策和程序中與防火、危害和安全相關(guān)的部分。
Follow all hotel, company and local rules, policies and regulations relating to fire and hazard safety, and security.
§? 協(xié)助反饋員工問卷抽查的結(jié)果,確保其做出了相關(guān)改變。
Assists to feedback the results of the Associate Opinion Survey and to ensure that the relevant changes are implemented.

Ensures high standards of personal presentation and grooming.

Exercises responsible management and behaviour at all times and positively representing the hotel management team and Hyatt International.
§? 根據(jù)行業(yè)、公司和酒店對信息系統(tǒng)部的指引回應(yīng)需求做出改變。
Responds to changes in the Information Systems function as dictated by the industry, company and hotel.
§? 閱讀并完全理解酒店的員工手冊,遵守酒店相關(guān)的規(guī)章制度,尤其是與火災(zāi)、衛(wèi)生、健康和安全有關(guān)的政策和程序。
Reads the hotel's Associate Handbook and have an understanding of and adhere to the hotel's rules and regulations and in particular, the policies and procedures relating to fire, hygiene, health and safety.
§? 按要求出席培訓(xùn)課程和會議。
Attends all training and meetings as required.
§? 執(zhí)行任何合理的任務(wù)及額外職責(zé)。
Carries out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.
