Duties And Responsibilities
崗位職責
1.Takes care of all the guest’s needs and request. Shall be professional, courteous, highly personalized, discreet and welcoming. Shall assist the guest throughout the stay and act as a “personal assistant’ to the guests. Should be pro-active, be one step ahead of the guest. Should be the primary liaison between the guest and all other hotel services, and ensures that all guest requests are properly and consistently delivered.
盡力滿足客人的任何需求。具有專業技能,禮貌,高度的負責心,辦事認真。在客人住店期間充當客人的“私人助理”。積極主動為客人服務,是客人需要任何酒店服務的第一聯絡人,保證客人的任何合理需求能夠得到滿足。
2.Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge in order to explain and sell services and facilities to guests
保持高標準的服務意識為客人提供優質服務,向客人推銷酒店的設施設備。
3.Take the responsibility as personal butler and service for the VIP guest, including but not limited the tasks as below為貴賓客人履行以下職責(包含但不僅限于)
1) Greeting and check-in迎接客人并為客人辦理入住手續
2) Introduce the features of the suites,facilities and Butler services為客人介紹房間及酒店設施及服務
3) Assistant for the luggage arrangement幫客人安排行李服務
4) Food & Beverage delivery遞送食品和飲料
5) Welcome drinks delivery歡迎飲品服務
6) Expected arrival set up: Such as fruit, flower, wine, birthday cake, welcome letter and amenities, etc.客人禮品的布置, 例如: 水果籃, 葡萄酒, 生日蛋糕,歡迎信及禮物等。
7) Special requirement delivery daily解決每日特殊事件
8) Guest preference compiling收集整理客人喜好
4.Carry out other tasks as directed by your supervisors
落實所有上級下達的其他任務
崗位要求:
1.具有酒店管理、旅游管理相關專業的大專學歷
2.具有半年以上國際聯號酒店對客服務經驗
3.具備基本英語口語交流能力和書面溝通能力
4.積極主動,認真負責
