? Assist with residence manager in conduct daily affairs, responsible for the supervision, coordination
and implementation of work assigned by resident manager, as well as timely report to the resident
manager.
協(xié)助駐店經(jīng)理日常運(yùn)營事務(wù)的開展,負(fù)責(zé)駐店經(jīng)理交辦工作的督辦、協(xié)調(diào)與落實(shí),并及時向駐店經(jīng)理
進(jìn)行匯報(bào)。
? Maintain good communication and coordination with all partners.
保持各合作方的良好溝通和協(xié)調(diào)。? Establish and maintain good customer relationships, including implementing customer strategies to
improve guest satisfaction; actively and effectively handling guest feedback and complaints.

? Be a property manager on duty on a regular basis.

? In compliance with the Ascott Group's Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) guidelines and
policies, pay attention to energy conservation and the safe operation in daily work.
遵守集團(tuán)的環(huán)境健康安全方針政策,日常工作中注意節(jié)能和安全操作。
? Any other tasks assigned by residence manager.
完成駐店經(jīng)理交辦的其他事宜。
