·???????督導并帶領員工,按照規格標準生產,并及時提供產品。
·???????負責燒味部機械設備的維護、保養與添置。
·???????負責燒味部產品的成本控制。
·???????負責督導員工隨時保證設備、工用具的衛生清潔及搞好包干區的衛生清潔。
·???????負責員工培訓計劃的制定與設施。
·???????做好勞動調配,每日不定時到各生產部門巡查工作,密切聯系各部門廚師,發現問題及時上報果斷解決,不斷改進出品質量、衛生;
