Operational
§? 按照制定的計劃時間表開展客房服務和維護保養工作并高質量的完成工作。
Carries out guestroom servicing/ maintenance works according to the established schedule and high ?quality of finishing work.
§? 操作指派的機械設備或者主機房,確保按照營業要求持續不斷的有效運作。
Operates assigned machines/ equipment or “Primary Plant” as to provide continuous and consistent utilities required for operations.
§? 依照政策程序,處理所有燃料的運送,確認,儲存和使用。
Handles the verification, storage and utilisation of all fuel deliveries to the premises as per the established Policies & Procedures.
§? 運用適當正確的工具和物料完成工作。.
Maintains trolley with proper tools and materials to complete duties.
§? 立即報告領班工作中遇到的困難。
Reports immediately to Team Leader any difficulties in completing jobs.
§? 確保所有的工具和設備一直處于正常而有序的狀態。
Maintains and ensures all tool and equipment are in good order at all times.
§? 保持所有工作區域的清潔衛生,并且高于客房標準。
Maintains the cleanliness and high housekeeping standards in all works areas.
§? 落實已分配的特殊工程項目。
Carries out special projects as assigned.
§? 開展并準時完成所有要求的維護保養工作,尤其關注與顧客密切相關的工作。
Carries out and completes all maintenance requests on time and pays particular attention to guest related jobs.
§? 保證工程部儲藏室的物資存貨充足,并嚴格控制消耗量。
Maintains the Engineering store and keeps close control on consumption of material and inventory.
§? 向領班/工程師提交零件和耗用品的采購清單。
Submits request to the Team Leader/ Engineer for the purchases of parts and consumables.
§? 協助控制所有有效消耗,確保酒店所有部門能源的合理利用。
Assists in monitoring and controlling all utility consumption ensuring optimum energy usage by all departments of hotel.
§? 協助監控所有設備效能,為節能減少消耗出謀劃策。
Assists in monitoring energy efficiency of all equipment; makes recommendations and advises for energy saving to reduce wastage.
§? 將所有運行設備的操作手冊和備用零件的清單保存于庫房。
Keeps manuals and spare parts list of all operational equipment in library.
§? 隨時隨地嚴格遵守所有的安全規則。
Strictly adheres to all safety regulations at all times.
§? 根據通過的功能請求表,協助處理其它部門的特殊要求。
Provides Engineering assistance for all special request from other operation departments as per approved function request sheets.
§? 嚴格遵循所有工作區域的清潔程序,在工作中注意保護周圍環境。
Strictly adheres to the cleanliness of all work area, protecting the surroundings when executing jobs.
§? 一旦發現設備或安裝工作出現與安全有關的反常現象,立刻報告領班和工程師。
Reports any abnormal conditions noticed at any time in line with safety related equipment or installation to Team Leader/ Engineer.
§? 將所有的用完的工具歸還到工具箱或倉庫。
Returns and keeps all tools and equipment in designated cabinet or store after use.

§? 記錄每天的工作日志
Maintains the Engineering Daily Log Book.
§? 及時提交所有顧客/員工的突發事件報告。
Submits all guest/ employee incident reports on a timely basis.
§? 依照酒店的“遺失和拾到”程序,處理并上報“遺失和拾到”項目。
Handles and reports “Lost and Found” items according to the Hotel “Lost and Found” procedures.

總則
General
§? 確保部門的服務是高效、連貫,有禮貌的,符合部門操作守則所規定的標準。
Ensures services provided by Engineering are always available and are always carried out to defined standards with the utmost efficiency, consistency and courtesy as detailed in the Department Operations Manual.
§? 積極參與所有要求參加的會議。
Attends and contributes to all Meetings as required.
§? 確保所有員工始終如一的提供禮貌而專業的服務。.
Provides courteous and professional service at all times.
§? 禮貌而高效的處理顧客和員工的提問,如果不能立即解決的,在適當的時機匯報投訴和問題,并及時跟進回饋。
Handles guest and employee enquiries in a courteous and efficient manner, reporting complaints or problems if no immediate solution can be found.
§? 了解雇員立法和勞資關系,嚴格遵循員工手冊的規章準則、酒店雇用政策、衛生政策和健康安全政策。
Is knowledgeable in statutory legislation in employee and industrial relations, understanding and strictly adhering to Rules & Regulations established in the Employee Handbook and the Hotel’s policies concerning fire, hygiene and health & safety.
§? 高標準的要求個人的言行舉止和衣著裝扮。
Ensures high standards of personal presentation & grooming.
§? 保持好積極正面的顧客關系和同事關系。
Maintains positive guest and colleague interactions with good working relationships.
§? 參加所有的核心培訓和相關的技能培訓。
Attends all Core training and related skills training.
§? 協助保障顧客和酒店財產的安全。
Assists in maintaining a high level of safety and security for guests and hotel property.
§? 必須完全熟悉所有的安全出口,緊急電話號碼和工具。
To be fully conversant with all fire exits, emergency telephone numbers and facilities.
§? 承擔合理的工作職責和第二職責,并根據酒店和公司的需要做相應的調整。
Responds to requests to undertake any reasonable tasks and secondary duties and to changes as dictated by the Hotel, industry and company.
