崗位職責(zé)：
? 領(lǐng)導(dǎo)酒店技術(shù)解決方案的項(xiàng)目全流程交付，確保按照預(yù)算及時(shí)執(zhí)行。
? 作為客戶的主要聯(lián)絡(luò)人，管理與關(guān)鍵利益相關(guān)者的關(guān)系，包括酒店和賭場(chǎng)高管、IT團(tuán)隊(duì)及運(yùn)營(yíng)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)。
? 制定和維護(hù)全面的項(xiàng)目計(jì)劃，包括時(shí)間表、里程碑和資源分配。
? 利用Clarizen進(jìn)行項(xiàng)目規(guī)劃、跟蹤、報(bào)告和利益相關(guān)者溝通。
? 協(xié)調(diào)跨職能團(tuán)隊(duì)，包括內(nèi)部技術(shù)團(tuán)隊(duì)、第三方供應(yīng)商和客戶資源。
? 識(shí)別項(xiàng)目風(fēng)險(xiǎn)，主動(dòng)制定應(yīng)對(duì)策略以解決潛在障礙。
? 確保遵循項(xiàng)目管理辦公室（PMO）定義的項(xiàng)目治理標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，包括文檔、報(bào)告和合規(guī)要求。
? 定期召開項(xiàng)目狀態(tài)會(huì)議，及時(shí)更新進(jìn)展、風(fēng)險(xiǎn)和關(guān)鍵交付成果。
? 監(jiān)督系統(tǒng)測(cè)試、部署及上線后的支持，以確保最終用戶的順利使用。

任職要求：
? 具備5年以上酒店項(xiàng)目管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)，擁有賭場(chǎng)、酒店或度假村管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先。
? 具備主導(dǎo)企業(yè)解決方案實(shí)施的成功經(jīng)驗(yàn)，如PMS、POS、支付系統(tǒng)或其他酒店技術(shù)平臺(tái)。
? 深諳酒店和賭場(chǎng)運(yùn)營(yíng)，包括前臺(tái)、預(yù)訂、財(cái)務(wù)及餐飲業(yè)務(wù)。
? 有管理全球或多物業(yè)大型酒店組織推廣經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
? 熟練使用Clarizen作為項(xiàng)目管理和協(xié)作工具。
? 擁有PMP、PRINCE2或同等項(xiàng)目管理認(rèn)證者優(yōu)先。
? 具備卓越的溝通和利益相關(guān)者管理能力，有直接與高層領(lǐng)導(dǎo)合作的經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
? 必須流利掌握英語(yǔ)和粵語(yǔ)，普通話能力者優(yōu)先。

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a background in hospitality and casino operations to lead enterprise solution implementations for global hospitality chains. This customer-facing role is responsible for successfully deploying Property Management Systems (PMS), Payments, Point of Sale (POS), and other enterprise hospitality solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong project management background, excellent stakeholder engagement skills, and the ability to drive large-scale technology rollouts in a fast-paced environment. Fluency in English and Cantonese is required to effectively communicate with international and regional stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
? Lead end-to-end project delivery for hospitality technology solutions, ensuring on-time and on-budget execution.
? Act as the primary point of contact for customers, managing relationships with key stakeholders, including hotel and casino executives, IT teams, and operations leaders.
? Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
? Utilize Clarizen for project planning, tracking, reporting, and stakeholder communication.
? Coordinate cross-functional teams, including internal technical teams, third-party vendors, and customer resources.
? Identify project risks and proactively develop mitigation strategies to address potential roadblocks.
? Ensure adherence to project governance standards as defined by the PMO, including documentation, reporting, and compliance requirements.
? Conduct regular project status meetings, providing clear updates on progress, risks, and key deliverables.
? Oversee system testing, deployment, and post-go-live support to ensure seamless adoption by end users.
? Drive process improvement initiatives within project management practices to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
? 5+ years of project management experience in hospitality technology, preferably within casino, hotel, or resort environments.
? Proven track record of leading enterprise solution implementations such as PMS, POS, Payments, or other hospitality technology platforms.
? Strong understanding of hotel and casino operations, including front office, reservations, finance, and F&B technology.
? Experience managing global or multi-property rollouts in large hospitality organizations.
? Proficiency in Clarizen as a project management and collaboration tool.
? PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification preferred.
? Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience working directly with senior leadership.
? Fluency in English and Cantonese is required. Mandarin proficiency is a plus.
? Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
? Willingness to travel as required (up to 30% travel expected).

? Experience with leading hospitality technology solutions such as PMS, POS, Payments, Reputation, Data & Analytics.
? Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements in gaming and hospitality technology.
