? Supervise the day-to-day human resource task;

? Responsible for human resources planning, recruitment, performance management, C&B;

? Responsible for training and development;
負責培訓和員工發展規劃;
? Provide management with the guidance of the human resources work and develop their people
management skills and knowledge;

? Cooperation with the management staff to analyze problems and needs in order to achieve
organizational effectiveness, project management and provide solutions and implement these
solutions;

? Keep regular communication with rank & file staff, help department/property to identify and resolve
potential HR issues.
