Job Duties (including but not limited to) 主要工作職責(包括但不限于以下內容):
Responsible forthe day-to-day operation and maintenance of air conditioning in the hotel;ensuring the normal operation of the equipment; minimizing the equipment'sfailure rate; organizing team members to maintain all equipment; to formulateand implement energy management and preventive maintenance work; ensuring theeffective and economic operation of his section in accordance with thestandards of the department.

1. To report tohis superiors all deficiencies in equipment operation and defects within thearea of his responsibility noted in the course of his duty.

2. Handle guestand internal customer complaints and inquiries in a courteous and efficientmanner, following through to make sure problems are resolved satisfactorily.

3. Safe workingmethods have to be used, train the team Numbers of the professional knowledgeand safety knowledge and supervise the team members to work in accordance withsafe work practices.?

Requirements 任職資格:
1. Education:Diploma or above.
大專以上文化程度。
2. GeneralSkills: Must be able to perform job functions with attention to detail, speedand accuracy.

Experiences 經驗要求:
Minimum 5 years’experience in AC.
