崗位職責（通用）
部門基礎工作支持協(xié)助各部門正式員工完成日常運營任務（如前臺接待、客房清潔、餐飲服務、廚房食材準備等）。
廚房實習生需特別協(xié)助廚師團隊進行食材處理、廚具清潔、菜品裝盤等基礎工作，遵守食品安全規(guī)范。
賓客服務協(xié)助以熱情專業(yè)的態(tài)度協(xié)助接待賓客，提供信息咨詢、指引等服務，提升賓客體驗。學習與反饋主動學習崗位知識與技能，參與酒店組織的培訓及實操演練。及時反饋工作中發(fā)現(xiàn)的問題，協(xié)助優(yōu)化流程。合規(guī)與團隊協(xié)作遵守酒店規(guī)章制度及萬豪品牌標準，確保服務質(zhì)量與安全。與團隊成員密切配合，共同完成部門目標。崗位要求
學歷與專業(yè)在校大專及以上學歷，酒店管理、旅游管理、烹飪餐飲、市場營銷等相關(guān)專業(yè)優(yōu)先。
非相關(guān)專業(yè)但對酒店行業(yè)有強烈興趣者亦可申請。
能力與態(tài)度溝通能力良好，普通話流利（英語或潮汕話能力者優(yōu)先）。工作積極主動，有責任心，具備良好的團隊合作精神與抗壓能力。廚房崗位需持有健康證（或入職前可辦理），對烹飪有興趣，能適應廚房高強度工作環(huán)境。時間要求每周可實習3-5 天，需連續(xù)實習6 個月及以上（長期實習優(yōu)先）。能適應輪班制（含早班、晚班、節(jié)假日值班）。我們期待這樣的你

Job Responsibilities (General)
Departmental Operational SupportAssist full-time staff with daily operations (e.g., front desk reception, housekeeping, food & beverage service, kitchen ingredient preparation).
Kitchen interns: Specifically assist the culinary team with ingredient processing, kitchenware cleaning, dish plating, and compliance with food safety regulations.
Guest Service AssistanceAssist in receiving guests with a warm and professional attitude, providing information consultation, guidance, and enhancing the guest experience.Learning and FeedbackProactively learn job-related knowledge and skills, and participate in hotel-organized training and practical drills.Timely report issues identified in daily work and assist in optimizing procedures.Compliance and Team CollaborationAdhere to hotel regulations and Marriott brand standards to ensure service quality and safety.Collaborate closely with team members to achieve departmental goals.Job Requirements
Education and MajorCurrently enrolled in a college or university (junior college or above), with majors in hotel management, tourism management, culinary arts, marketing, etc., preferred.
Non-related majors are welcome if they demonstrate a strong interest in the hospitality industry.
