崗位職責(zé)(通用)
部門(mén)基礎(chǔ)工作支持協(xié)助各部門(mén)正式員工完成日常運(yùn)營(yíng)任務(wù)(如前臺(tái)接待、客房清潔、餐飲服務(wù)、廚房食材準(zhǔn)備等)。
廚房實(shí)習(xí)生需特別協(xié)助廚師團(tuán)隊(duì)進(jìn)行食材處理、廚具清潔、菜品裝盤(pán)等基礎(chǔ)工作,遵守食品安全規(guī)范。
賓客服務(wù)協(xié)助以熱情專(zhuān)業(yè)的態(tài)度協(xié)助接待賓客,提供信息咨詢(xún)、指引等服務(wù),提升賓客體驗(yàn)。學(xué)習(xí)與反饋主動(dòng)學(xué)習(xí)崗位知識(shí)與技能,參與酒店組織的培訓(xùn)及實(shí)操演練。及時(shí)反饋工作中發(fā)現(xiàn)的問(wèn)題,協(xié)助優(yōu)化流程。合規(guī)與團(tuán)隊(duì)協(xié)作遵守酒店規(guī)章制度及萬(wàn)豪品牌標(biāo)準(zhǔn),確保服務(wù)質(zhì)量與安全。與團(tuán)隊(duì)成員密切配合,共同完成部門(mén)目標(biāo)。崗位要求
學(xué)歷與專(zhuān)業(yè)在校大專(zhuān)及以上學(xué)歷,酒店管理、旅游管理、烹飪餐飲、市場(chǎng)營(yíng)銷(xiāo)等相關(guān)專(zhuān)業(yè)優(yōu)先。
非相關(guān)專(zhuān)業(yè)但對(duì)酒店行業(yè)有強(qiáng)烈興趣者亦可申請(qǐng)。
能力與態(tài)度溝通能力良好,普通話(huà)流利(英語(yǔ)或潮汕話(huà)能力者優(yōu)先)。工作積極主動(dòng),有責(zé)任心,具備良好的團(tuán)隊(duì)合作精神與抗壓能力。廚房崗位需持有健康證(或入職前可辦理),對(duì)烹飪有興趣,能適應(yīng)廚房高強(qiáng)度工作環(huán)境。時(shí)間要求每周可實(shí)習(xí)3-5 天,需連續(xù)實(shí)習(xí)6 個(gè)月及以上(長(zhǎng)期實(shí)習(xí)優(yōu)先)。能適應(yīng)輪班制(含早班、晚班、節(jié)假日值班)。我們期待這樣的你

Job Responsibilities (General)
Departmental Operational SupportAssist full-time staff with daily operations (e.g., front desk reception, housekeeping, food & beverage service, kitchen ingredient preparation).
Kitchen interns: Specifically assist the culinary team with ingredient processing, kitchenware cleaning, dish plating, and compliance with food safety regulations.
Guest Service AssistanceAssist in receiving guests with a warm and professional attitude, providing information consultation, guidance, and enhancing the guest experience.Learning and FeedbackProactively learn job-related knowledge and skills, and participate in hotel-organized training and practical drills.Timely report issues identified in daily work and assist in optimizing procedures.Compliance and Team CollaborationAdhere to hotel regulations and Marriott brand standards to ensure service quality and safety.Collaborate closely with team members to achieve departmental goals.Job Requirements
Education and MajorCurrently enrolled in a college or university (junior college or above), with majors in hotel management, tourism management, culinary arts, marketing, etc., preferred.
Non-related majors are welcome if they demonstrate a strong interest in the hospitality industry.
