·????????Asthe PE technician you will be responsible for supervising all variety of estate/property projects according to the company’sregulations.

Major Responsibility 主要工作職責(zé)
·????????Conduct the monthly maintenanceplan: maintain a variety of equipments (clubhouse facility and equipments,sewage treatment and water supply equipment, ventilation facilities, firefighting facilities, power facilities of the guest room area, high voltagepower supply, diesel engine generator, etc.).
根據(jù)月度保養(yǎng)計(jì)劃,保養(yǎng)各類設(shè)備:包括會(huì)所設(shè)備、污水處理及供水設(shè)備、送排風(fēng)設(shè)施、消防設(shè)施強(qiáng)
電類、客房區(qū)域強(qiáng)電設(shè)施、高壓供電檢測及柴油發(fā)電機(jī)的保養(yǎng)。
·????????Ensure the qualityof work and the progressof maintenance.
確保工作質(zhì)量及保養(yǎng)進(jìn)度。
·????????Conduct a varietyof repair arrangements.
根據(jù)領(lǐng)班安排完成各類維修。
·????????Conduct different repairworks and ensurethe repair quality.
完成各種報(bào)修并保證維修質(zhì)量。
·????????Manage different emergencies.
處理各類突發(fā)應(yīng)急事件。
·????????Stick to the safety regulations and operation rules,carry the Work IDand guarantee the safetyprecautions.
嚴(yán)格遵守安全生產(chǎn)條例和操作規(guī)程,攜帶工作牌、做好安全防護(hù)措施。
·????????Incompliance with the Ascott Group'sEnvironmental Health and Safety (EHS) guidelines and policies, pay attention to energyconservation and the safe operation in daily work.
遵守集團(tuán)的環(huán)境健康安全方針政策,日常工作中注意節(jié)能和安全操作。
·????????Ensure all the work commitments are met.

Requirements 資質(zhì)要求
·????????The electrician must have a certificate: with Intermediate Professional Qualification Certificate;secondary specialized diploma or above;
電工必須持證上崗,具備中級職業(yè)資格證書及相關(guān)操作證,并且中專及以上學(xué)歷;
·????????Minimum two years experiences in hotels or property management companies, good at repairingand maintenance;
有酒店或物業(yè)公司相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)兩年以上,動(dòng)手能力強(qiáng);
·????????Good team organization abilityand interpersonal communication skills: able to communicateeffectively with internal and external departments;
良好的團(tuán)隊(duì)組織能力和人際溝通技能,能夠和公司內(nèi)部和外部的部門進(jìn)行有效的溝通;
·????????Responsible, honest and good attitude;
富有工作責(zé)任心,誠實(shí)可靠,態(tài)度良好;
·????????Not colour-blind;
不能是色盲;
·????????Be able to work underpressure and in shifts.
能承受工作壓力,能夠翻班。
