崗位職責/Job Responsibilities
-? 熟悉本部門設備基本情況,了解每種設備的使用方法,安全操作規程和維護保養規程。
???Have a clear knowledge of the departmental equipment, usage of every device and procedures of operation and maintenance work.
-? 組織、督導員工認真學習設備使用操作規程,經常檢查員工的執行情況,堅決制止違章操作。
???Organize and supervise staff to learn the operation standards. No violation of standard operation is permitted.
-? 組織、督導員工搞好設備的日常維護保養工作,保持設備完好。
???Arrange and supervise the daily maintenance work.
-? 積極配合執行輪班工作的要求。
?? Must be willing to perform shift work.
-? 按照維修工作的需求制訂每天,每周和每月工作分配計劃。落實維修情況直到達標。
?? To make daily, weekly and monthly work assignment as regards to repairs and preventive maintenance and to follow through until work is completed in a satisfactory manner.
崗位要求/Job Requirements
-? 高中以上學歷,5年以上國際知名酒店工程管理經驗;
?? Senior high schooldegree or above, have 5 years work experience in international hotels;
-? 兩年以上在職暖通空調主管工作及穩健的工作履歷;
?? At least 2 years as Mechanical supervisor or above and work experience stably;
-? 具有扎實的給暖通、空調、排水設備的維修保養經驗,并通過相關職業認證證件;
?? Strong skill in Air conditioner,Plumbing and Laundry Equipment maintenance;
-? 良好的學習能力及語言表達能力;
???Good learning and communication skills;
-? 懂電腦操作
???Be able to use computer.
