1.在每日運營例會中積極主動分析自己的想法、觀點和建議。
Actively share ideas, opinions and suggestions in daily shift briefings.
2.保證冷庫中所有物品遵守先進先出原則,以最大化減少浪費和損壞。
Maintain proper rotation of product in all chillers to minimize wastage / spoilage.
3.確保庫存申請單準確記錄。
Ensure storeroom requisitions are accurate.
4.確保所有工作區域、器皿和設備的干凈及維護。
Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of all work areas, utensils, and equipment.
5.遵守廚房政策、流程和服務標準。
Follow kitchen policies, procedures and service standards.
6.在處理食物和飲品時遵守所有安全衛生政策。
Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage.
7.需要時參加培訓課程和會議。
Attend training sessions and meetings as and when required.
8.執行分派的任何合理任務和額外職責。
Carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.
任職要求 Qualifications
1.要求在廚房烹飪領域有相關工作經驗,如在烹飪學科有學位證書更佳。
Previous experience in the culinary field required or Diploma Certification in a Culinary discipline.
