一、Key Responsibilities 職責(zé)概述
Using considerable independent initiative and judgment, provides leadership and direction to ensure the efficient, effective and profitable operation of the Hotel on a long term basis.

二、Essential Duties and Responsibilities 主要職責(zé)和責(zé)任
1. Establish hotel's business plan, development planning and management policy, to determine the hotel management goal, to direct the mangement team to work;
確立酒店的經(jīng)營計劃、發(fā)展規(guī)劃及經(jīng)營方針,確定酒店管理目標(biāo),領(lǐng)導(dǎo)經(jīng)營班子成員開展工作。
2. Study and grasp the market change and development situation, make market expansion plans and price system, raise key emphasis in work timely, and directing the implementation;
研究并掌握市場變化和發(fā)展情況,制定市場拓展計劃和價格體系,適時提出階段性工作重點,并指揮實施。
3. Decided to hotel organizations and middle management‘s employement and development. Be responsible for the division head's performance evaluation;
決定酒店組織機構(gòu)及中層以上管理人員培養(yǎng)和使用,負(fù)責(zé)組織對部門經(jīng)理的人事考核和業(yè)績評估。
4. Be responsible for the market development and finance planning work; Be responsible for the capital allocation and capital expenditures within the? limits of authority;
全面負(fù)責(zé)酒店的市場拓展和財務(wù)計劃工作;在權(quán)限內(nèi)負(fù)責(zé)酒店內(nèi)資金調(diào)配,審批資金支出等經(jīng)營事宜。
5. Enhance hotel safety management;
加強酒店的安全管理工作。
6. To follow up other tasks which assigned by superior;
完成公司領(lǐng)導(dǎo)交辦的其他工作。

2. Computer Skill: Skillful to operate Office電腦操作技巧: 熟練使用MS辦公軟件

Experience 經(jīng)歷要求
1. Associate degree or above;
全日制大專(含)以上學(xué)歷。
2. Graduation from Hotel Management,Business Management related professional;
酒店管理、企業(yè)管理等相關(guān)專業(yè)。
3. Work experience of hotel management for five years or above in 5 star hotel;
至少五年以上五星級酒店管理工作經(jīng)驗。
4. Hotel management professional knowledge and leadership skills;
酒店專業(yè)知識及領(lǐng)導(dǎo)能力。
5. Organizing And Planning Skills,communication skills,Coordination Skill,leadership skills;
具有很強的計劃、組織、溝通、協(xié)調(diào)、領(lǐng)導(dǎo)能力。
6. Skilled in the use of office automation equipment and realated management software;
熟練運用辦公軟件及相關(guān)管理軟件。
7.Excellent written and verbal communication;
具備優(yōu)秀的書面和口頭表達(dá)能力。
