·????????Preparation of the Receiving Record, the Receiving Report and the DailySummary Receiving, Report as well as Slow Moving Item Report and any otherreports as required by Hotel Management.
負(fù)責(zé)制作相關(guān)文件和單據(jù),包括貨物收貨記錄,收貨報表,每日收貨匯總表以及滯銷項目報告等。?
·????????Ensure the quality and quantity of incoming goods meet the standards,all goods are properly stored.
根據(jù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)確定物品的數(shù)量和質(zhì)量,按照酒店政策與程序貯存物品和分發(fā)。
·????????To store the goods on the right shelf in the proper storeroom andarrange the goods in a convenient manner, so that first in-first out policy canbe achieved.
在適當(dāng)?shù)奈恢帽4尕浧?,并運用FIFO方式出貨。
·????????To issue goods according to properly approved requisitions and schedule.
保證所有出倉貨品都有獲得被批準(zhǔn)的領(lǐng)貨單。
·????????Ensure all stock movements are recorded properly, accurately and timely.
確保倉庫進出貨都有及時、準(zhǔn)確的登記。
·????????To keep accurate and up-to-date inventory record.
能隨時提供最新的倉庫盤點單。
·????????To keep the Storeroom always clean, tidy and properly locked.
保證倉庫內(nèi)部干凈、整齊,外出一定要上鎖。
·????????Prepare purchase requisition for stock replenishment and ensure adequatepar stock is maintained.
注意倉庫庫存量,及時按標(biāo)準(zhǔn)存貨量申請采購。
·????????To assist in Store-taking. Ensure all goods can be checked andresponsible for goods.
完成倉庫盤點,并確保所有貨物是可盤存并對差異大的貨物負(fù)責(zé)。
·????????Ensure all items in store has Chinese label and in qualification period.
確保所有貨物都有中文標(biāo)識及在保質(zhì)期內(nèi)。
·????????Prepare monthly Slow-Moving list to the Cost Controller.
協(xié)助成本控制完成Slow-moving報告。
·????????Promote and encourage the use of Quality process to resolve issues whichmay arise.
推廣和鼓勵用有質(zhì)量的方法解決問題。

最少1年五星級酒店收貨/會計工作經(jīng)驗
·????????A good understanding of storekeeping/accounting principles and practice
對倉庫管理工作有良好的理解以及綜合的倉庫管理/會計技能
·????????Analytical skills
專業(yè)的財務(wù)技術(shù)技能
·????????Must be familiar with Excel and Microsoft Word with MC
能熟練操作Excel / Word與MC
·????????Language skills according to the hotel needs
