1.會員體系設計:設計搭建及優化會員等級、積分制度、獎勵機制。
Membership system design: design, build and optimize membership levels, points system and reward mechanism.
2.市場調研:分析競爭對手的會員政策,提出改進措施。
Market research: Analyze the membership policies of competitors and propose improvement measures.
3.會員招募:制定會員招募計劃,增加新會員數量。
Member recruitment: Make member recruitment plan and increase the number of new members.
4.會員維護:維護現有會員,提高會員滿意度和忠誠度。
Member maintenance: Maintain existing members, improve member satisfaction and loyalty.
5.數據分析:監控會員數據,分析會員行為,提供決策支持。
Data analysis: Monitor member data, analyze member behavior, and provide decision support.
6.活動策劃:策劃并執行會員活動,提升會員活躍度和消費。
Activity planning: planning and implementing member activities to enhance members' activity and consumption.
7.跨部門協作:與營銷、銷售、客服等部門合作,確保會員體系順利實施。
Cross-departmental collaboration: Cooperate with marketing, sales, customer service and other departments to ensure the smooth implementation of the membership system.
8.與門店協作:與集團內酒店合作,確保會員體系順利實施。

專業知識技能:
Job Knowledge / Skill:
1.行業經驗:至少5年以上酒店行業經驗,其中3年以上會員管理或客戶關系管理經驗。
Industry experience: at least 5 years experience in hotel industry, including at least 3 years experience in membership management or customer relationship management.
2.品牌酒店經驗:有知名酒店集團會員體系搭建和管理經驗。
Experience in brand hotels: Experience in building and managing member systems of well-known hotel groups.
3.項目管理:出色的項目管理能力,能夠獨立規劃和執行會員項目。
Project management: Excellent project management ability, able to independently plan and execute member projects.
4.數據分析:熟練使用Excel、SQL等數據分析工具。
Data analysis: Skilled use of Excel, SQL and other data analysis tools.
5.溝通能力:優秀的溝通和團隊協作能力。
