    崗位職責: 1.、負責生、熟餡料制作,原料腌制,上灶前各種原料的刀工處理。 2、負責對已加工的各種原料按菜點烹制要求配菜。 3、根據客人預訂和點菜要求負責貴重干貨原料的漲發、拆卸加工處理,掌握原料用量。配菜后做好保管工作,防止烹飪前變質。 4.、在原料加工過程中,及時對砧板進行清洗消毒,注意菜肴衛生,保證衛生質量。 各種原料加工過程中,嚴格掌握成本構成和投料用料標準,檢查加工質量,并有效控制成本。 5、根據客人的點菜單,按“先上先配制”原則配菜。每天開餐完畢,將剩余肉類、禽類、水產等原料放在指定地點,整理相關用具,保持廚房衛生,做好收尾工作。 6、正確使用和維護器械設備及用具,保持其完好清潔。 崗位要求: 1、具有真笨主管的工作經驗。 2、具備團隊合作精神。 3、踏實肯干,做事認真負責。

The Chef de Partie is responsible to supervise the assigned station / section of the outlet kitchen, in order to prepare a consistent, high quality product and ensure courteous, professional, efficient and flexible service that supports the outlet’s operating concept and Hyatt International standards. 【任職要求】 Minimum 2 years work experience as Chef de Partie or 3-4 years Commis in a hotel or large restaurant with good standards; preferably with experience in luxury international brands. Qualification in Kitchen Production or Management will be an advantage. Comprehensive knowledge of kitchen hygiene practices and occupational health and safety standards will be essential. Basic Computer Skills in MS Office, and Recipe Maintenance System is preferred.
